This was the first Krystal we came to on our road trip from Houston to Tennessee (where we used to live and eat Krystal’s regularly!). It has been over three and a half years since we’ve had Krystal, so we HAD to stop. I ordered a sackful through the app as we were arriving. When my husband walked in, the manager held the door open and welcomed him in. When I came in a few minutes after, I was greeted by the young lady behind the counter. Within a few minutes we were walking out with a fresh, warm sackful of Krystals. By the time we got back on the interstate, we only had 3 left! Thank you for reminding us of the goodness we’ve missed!! ☺️

This Krystal should be closed down. We stopped to get breakfast and the food was cold. I returned it inside and waited so long I asked for my money back. The employees was unprofessional and with a bad attitude. I suggest no one goes there ever. I will tell everyone I know to never go to that Krystal’s. I will never spend any money there and they will never have any success with that restaurant because of their messy unprofessional employees. It was one young lady with a piercing that was really sweet and apologized to me but the rest of them should be fired immediately and the manager too.

This location needs to lock the doors indefinitely! The parking lot needs repair. The food was horrible. Our Krystal’s was cold at 7:45 am. The cheese on my sandwich was cold. My husband added bacon to his double Krystal’s and said that it tasted like nothing. I ordered the pick 5 and I didn’t get my apple turnover.

The manager at the Krystal’s on Hwy 80 in Jackson, MS was horrible. She did not accommodate our order due to them having no fries or chili left (hrs before their closing time). We were charged extra and did not receive our receipt bc “the paper ran out” BOGUS. WILL NOT BE VUSITING AGAIN WHEN WE DO VISIT JACKSON, MS AND WILL LET OUR PPL KNOW NOT TO EAT AT THAT LOCATION DUE TO POOR MANAGEMENT AND NEVER HAVING ENOUGH FOOD OR WANTING TO COOK MORE FOOD

Twice coming to this place to eat after work, And it’s the absolute worst. This is the slowest kristals I’ve ever been to in my life. There’s Noone in the lobby.. EVER, and you sit in line at the window no less than 13 mins after you order. It’s pathetic.

Okay. I do uber eats delivery. I’ve been waiting in the drive through for about 20 minutes. I drove about 15 minutes to arrive here so this is 35 minutes. I drive full time. I had two orders to pick up. The woman who works there said “Oh no no we don’t do deliveries today” I said said who? She said with an attitude I said so. We are out of drinks. I’ve worked in restaurants before and I understand how crazy it can get but I never turned a delivery person cause I know we both are making money. Unprofessional, disrespectful. Definitely don’t recommend this place.
