I recently had an amazing experience at my local Starbucks that truly made my day, all thanks to a remarkable barista! I visited the store expecting to order my usual Horchata Matcha, only to find out it was out of stock for the season. I was a bit disappointed, but then this incredible barista went above and beyond to surprise me.
He whipped up a delicious Horchata cold foam instead, and that little gesture brought such joy to my day! It’s the small details that make all the difference, and he really knows how to bring a smile to his customers’ faces. I wish I could remember his name, but I know he is tall and has dreads.
I frequent this Starbucks daily since it’s close to my job, and I wouldn’t trade my barista for anyone else. His attentiveness and creativity make every visit special. I would gladly give him 10 stars if I could! Thank you for your kindness and for going the extra mile!

I don’t know how I have come back to the this location multiple times but today was the last. The service is TERRIBLE! Jacheem was working the window and we thanked him multiple times as he handed us items and I kid you not the man did not say a single word to us. Not even the bare minimum hi or you’re welcome! This is not the first time either. The guy is so unfriendly that it qualifies as pretty much down right rude. Definitely not someone cut out to work customer service apparently. Starbucks is pricey with subpar products and then to add unfriendly staff on top of it really deters anyone from going here.

I recently bought an impossible breakfast sandwich from this Starbucks store and did not realized it had green mold. As I found out immediately called the store. The manger first said that it could have been cross contaminated with the previous sandwich. I reemphasize no I can see the fuzzy hairs. He was lost for words and apologized to the convenience. Warning check your food I would hate for anyone to get sick.

The problem with this store location is that doesn’t matter if I go at 6:30am or noon on the day of offering the reusable cup, they always have the same answer “We ran out”. This had happened for the last 2 years. It’s so disappointing.

I ordered the iced pecan crunch latte for the 1st time at the drive thru. I requested no dairy froth milk since I’m lactose intolerant. It was very good, but my favorite drink is still their iced caramel macchiato with coconut milk! There was a delay in making my order, but the clerk/Barista was very apologetic, and friendly! I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I will be back to this location!

This location is good for plain drinks but cannot make specialty drinks correctly. Third time I order a cold brew with foam and they make a latte. Manager prompts to correct by adding foam. Poor customer service.

Rafy and ryans service is absolutely phenomenal. I drive 20 mins to get to this location everytime because of the service here is unmatched. This will forever be the only Starbucks I go to.
