Very disappointed. Sat in the drive-through line for at least 15 minutes. Sat at the window for probably 10 of those minutes. They could not get it together inside. I ordered four cheese crystals. Add mayonnaise. I drove off with four very cold crystals with hard cold buns. They were not steamed. They were thrown together quickly. Very disappointing.

Slow service. Waited over 30 minutes. They didn’t know who had what orders. Multiple people were coming in frustrated because they were waiting so long. The lady did say they only had 1 cook. I get that but hire more people so your service doesn’t drop

I was held hostage in this drive-thru for one hour with no way to exit once I pulled in. When I finally reached the window, I was told my order had been deleted and that I would need to order again. After waiting a full hour, I had to leave without food.
This is unacceptable. A business should not trap customers with no way to leave, especially when wait times go far beyond reasonable limits. Management, review your cameras… you held me hostage in line with no escape. This location should not operate until it has a safe and efficient way for customers to exit if the line stalls for more than a few minutes.

A bit run down but not bad. My wife decided I needed to try a Krystal Burger just for the sake of saying I did it. Wellll… It was not the greatest but not horrible either. The patties probably a quarter inch thick, probably more like 3/16 of an inch which is the smallest Patty I’ve ever seen. It was gray in color looked more like a sausage patty than a burger. I probably won’t ever come back, but at least I can say I tried it. The Staff were friendly so I can’t say it was an unpleasant experience.

Stopped Sunday 10/12/25 ..Tried to order a 24 pack and I was told it would take 40 mins. Totally unacceptable!!! There was 3 vehicles in front of me 2 behind me. The 2 cars behind me finally backed out and left so I could back out . We sat there for over 20 mins. Waiting for the cars in front of us to move they didn’t.We all left and they were still sitting as we all turned on to 301. Never in my 50 years on this earth have I seen such incompetence.

The drive thru had no one in it and the dining room only had a few people, however, we had to wait about 10 minutes to get a bag of 12 Krystal’s. Once the bag arrived, they were very great.

Wednesday November 19th 2025 my Husband stopped by and got him and I 8 cheese Krystal burgers as he was heading back home! He got so sick within 30 minutes of eating the burgers and for some odd reason as I opened my burgers up they didn’t smell right and the meat was extremely salty! So never in my like har a salty Krystal burger from any location I ever been to in my life! I took 1 bite and threw the rest out! He was up vomiting up and down through the night along with diarrhea and here it is Sunday night and he is still struggling with the agony from their burgers! He tried calling since that day and can’t get no answer! It’s crazy! We definitely won’t eat from there again!

I have been to this place plenty of times never had a issue , but seems to be I ordered junk yard fries and hair was in my food , I came back to either get a refund or a order of fresh food , I got my order and it was wrong which I had ordered the junk yard fries and just got chilly and cheese I do not recommend eating here !

Just left from Krystals, get home and see this, I work in fast food as well and this is from not changing the oil. Waited like 15 minutes and NOTHING was FRESH.The fries taste greasy, and were like rubber, the chili cheese fries taste OLD, never seen the chili cheese fries that bad!! I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but every time they disappoint. Sad to say this was my LAST time going! after spending 30 bucks on SLOP. I wouldn’t serve this to my worst enemy.
