Ordered through to doordash. ADDED BACON to my double stack and got NO BACON. and Doordash charges $2.00 for it. WASTE of my money for them to not even put it on there. Fries were cold. There was more Ice than the drink. and got the signature sauce instead of scorchin hot. I work at wendys myself and am highly disappointed.

Food was cold. Not cold, very cold. Should of left when she sounded rude like she didn’t want to work on drive thru. Got to pay she took credit card and made us back up so her numbers don’t get ruined. If you can go to another wendys do so you would not be disappointed. My chilli had no cheese of course they might take it home

The young lady who took my order was amazing. I work as a manager in a customer service environment and I’m always on notice when I’m out. We complain a lot but I want to commend Trenshae and the staff at this location for excellent service.

The food was either cold or lukewarm at best. The service was painfully slow; no sense of urgency. Both ketchup dispensers were completely out.

If I could give zero stars I would !! Waited in the drive thru for 45 mins on a mobile order. When we pulled up we were told to scoot back and wait for her to tell us to pull up. I’m assuming because of the times on their food. They were very unprofessional and rude.

While the service was absolutely amazing, and the people at the window were extremely friendly, the burgers were cold, as in the tomato on the burger was warmer then the burger itself, and I somehow ended up with a weird burnt wrinkly fry thing in the package? It’s a very convenient stop for my husband and I, however this is not the first time I have had an issue. I believe this place will have pretty good potential, but as of right now it needs some work.

Customer service from management & staff was very disturbing. Food safety and hygiene was poor. Having to tell associate I personally prefer her hand not be over my drink to transfer my drink from one cup to the next was a issue personally and professionally. I was so disappointed being that this was my first time visiting this establishment will not recommend or return. Also they do not disperse adequate amount of food nor do they take pride in assembling food properly.

The woman taking orders was aggressively rude. Angry. There was zero ketchup in either pump. If I had seen the cook’s hair before I ordered I would have walked out. It was gross and looks like a huge bird nest on his head. I haven’t eaten at Wendy’s in over 20 years because of these same type of problems, and they haven’t changed at all. The CEO and board members need to be fired. Try harder, Wendy’s, or at least a little bit. Unacceptable.

They served me cold, old food. My chicken tenders were burnt and inedible. The two biggie bags had cold, old buns that were falling apart, and the fries were ice-cold. Everything was horrible.
