When to try the new steak nuggets and got what’s shown in the picture. Called and spoke with a manager to let her know my dissatisfaction and she simply told me that’s what it is. I know advertising and commercials can be deceiving but I know multiple people who’ve tried the new steak nuggets and it looked nothing like this at all. It’s almost like they scrapped the bottom of the pot and just threw them in a container. I really just wanted to enjoy it but because it was so dry and leathery I threw it away. I love Arby’s but this isn’t it at all!!! How can I get my food remade???? Or a refund ????

Usually this location is pretty good but the food I opened, ridiculous! Half of my meat wasn’t even on the bun. And the bottom bun was so soggy, I had to throw it away. Do better.

I stay in Romulus and drive to garden city just to avoid going to this location. I swear every time here it’s an issue, either the order is missing items or the food is half made. I never have an issue at the location in garden city food is always fresh hot made correctly. Here’s an example I purchased these salads same night from this location an from the location I go to and you can clearly see the difference in quality of food. This location needs an overhaul in management or just close,your wasting customers time and money.

The food here is delicious! I like the counter service too. They are up beat and in tune with their customers. The food is hot and fresh. Parking is plentiful. Drive through service is polite and accurate. The dining area is quiet and pleasant. Ding! Ding! Another great meal!

I would like to be able to dine in at 1 pm on a Sunday or in fact any day of the week this location refuses customers service unless you go to the drive thru. I have come 3 separate times through the week during lunch hours and employees keep the door locked and will not let

10:21 am and the doors are locked, so I’ll you have a car you can’t eat there, us on bikes and without cars get to suffer, more and more I’m being reminded why fast food is going down hill. I was out on my bike, went out of my way to stop in to eat and couldn’t.

Tried a piece of the creamy Mediterranean wrap recently & I thought it was alright. So the next trip to Arbys I ordered my own. I don’t even understand how anyone could let this monstrosity out the door. The small amount of Chicken is already a bad start, but it’s not even cut into slices. It was still a whole small piece & those 2 pieces are all I got. Who thought That small uncut piece of Chicken to the right was supposed to be enough meat for a wrap. The lack of coordination in the production of this Sandwich is very unappreciated on my behalf. I paid for a lettuce tomato wrap with sloppy creamy sauce. Whoever made this wrap should be prosecuted. Not a fan of this Location already so it’ll be a very long time before I make the bad decision to go back there. And if you have a problem with workers with no masks, don’t go here. None of them had any masks on.
