Came to door dash at this place and some brown skin lady working the window on Feb 9, 2026 around 1am was extremely rude and insisted that I have to loop all the way back around back in a super long line just to confirm I’m with door dash at the speaker. Mind you, the order is literally already pre- paid and automatically appears on the restaurant’s screen, my only job is to literally pick up the order !!!! I worked in fast food before so I know this for a fact.

They get the order wrong EVERY week. They ask questions to clarify if they heard you correctly and then STILL manage to get it wrong. Don’t bother spending money on a large. They’ll stick a medium in the bag anyways and hope you drive off before noticing. They won’t give you a receipt on purpose for that same reason. Today, I asked for the receipt on purpose just to see if it’ll change the quality of service we received and guess what? It didn’t. I’d say big surprise but apart of me feels like I’d just get medium again, dealing with this location.

I had ordered two chicken sandwiches and some add-ons—one for myself and another for my colleague. However, only one sandwich was delivered. The order was placed through DoorDash, and although the bag was sealed upon delivery, one sandwich was missing. Additionally, the store manager was rude and insisted that I contact DoorDash instead. If the owner sees this review, please note my order number: 9020005. The date and time are the same as the review date.

I find this a rock, solid Wendy’s. I like being able to order from the kiosk I’ve only been here a few times at this location, but the quality, with hot fries and nuggets, seems rock solid. I love their spicy nuggets every time I’ve ordered from this location. They’ve always been hot and fresh a few times I’ve been here. The staff has always been delightful; most surprisingly, times I have been here have been during lunch rush, and the dining room was relatively clean.

Nice new restaurant but service and food definitely does not match. Had to explain to the employee taking our order the kids meal and got mad at us…. raw French fries and smashed burgers. Definitely not our expectations of Wendy’s. Ordered no onions and seemed to get extra onions. Next time we will go across the road to chipotle.

Food was tainted with soap or cologne or cleaner. It had a bitter aftertaste. Someone didn’t wash or rinse their hands correctly…. I tried to leave feedback directly, but the form was impossible to figure out. So am sharing here as a last resort.

This evening after leaving a long day of work, I made a decision to stop at Wendy’s to get a crispy chicken sandwich and a medium fry with no salt.
The person who took my order was very nice with no issues. The person who took my payment was extremely nice with no issues. While waiting for my order, the person who took my payment had walked away and a different guy whose name is Brandon walked up. He was the one who took my order and I’m going to assume he is the store manager. I just finished drinking the water in my water bottle and was still thirsty. I asked Brandon if he could give me a couple of water. To be clear, I never order any type of drink when going to a fast food restaurant because I always have my water bottle. Brandon asked me what did I want three times as if he didn’t hear me the first time. Brandon then told the gentleman who took my order “she want a cup of water” with an attitude. The gentleman proceeded to give me the cup of water. While I’m drinking the water Brandon gives me my order. I asked if I could have some honey mustard. Brandon tells me it’s going to be $0.36. I told him that I wasn’t paying that even though I could. Brandon then went on to state that he should have charged me for the cup of water, but he was being nice. I told him water is free!
Brandon then stated that he could have given me as many sauces that I wanted if I would have told him while placing my order, but since I am at the window it’s going to be $0.36. After I told him that I am not paying that fee, he told me that I did not want sauce. We went back-and-forth about this for a couple of seconds until I told him to have a good night. I have been to several Wendy’s where I have never had a problem getting a sauce or two. All I wanted was a honey mustard sauce. This is why people can’t wrap their head around why people spazzing out and acting a fool over getting done sauce at these restaurants. It’s not about the sauce, IT’S THE CUSTOMER SERVICE and that was extremely horrible customer service. Working in any restaurant all staff should be trained on how to talk to people. I work in food and beverage and hospitality, and there is no way that Brandon she be allowed to talk to customers the way he did me.
He was very unprofessional while trying to be professional with his sarcasm. For that store to be located on a main road, you have to have better customer service and if Brandon is the face of the 12 mile and telegraph Wendy’s you will have more complaints. Being professional and nice costs $0.00.

S/n: I was given five packs of ketchup, which is something I never asked for, but Brandon gave me a hard time with asking for one or two things of honey mustard.

Fast foodie ♥️. Licking my lips already. Once again I wanted to order everything. I ended up choosing the Biggey Bag . $5 dollars for a double bacon cheese burger , chicken nuggets, fries , n a drink . My free Frosty 2! Donated money to Wendy’s kids foundation . Wendy’s gives you a free key chain ⛓️ when donating to their charity . The combo meals were delicious . Pics for everyone. Thanks Wendy’s ✝️ everyone.
