Totally disappointed, again. Stopped in on a Friday night for dinner. The large mirror behind the bar, not cleaned in awhile. Large amount of dust on shelf above the salad bar is easily noticed. Salad bar, not stocked or maintained. We stayed because we were hungry, not by too much of a choice. Definitely will not return. Management easily can improve on things they can control, but it shows that the strong ethic is not here.

My daughter and I went on a Thursday night to try a smash burger with fries and unlimited salad bar for $8.99. We thought about ordering a dessert but with many at $10.99 that was more than the cost of the meal so we skipped. Here the salad bar was the best item in the meal with approximately 30 items to choose. The fries were hot and crispy, the burger came with a toasted but, but the patty itself just tasted like meat. It difficult to have flavor in a patty when there is very little juice/fat in the meat, but what can you expect for $8.99 when a tiny burger at five guys cost you a ten spot. All in all not a bad way to spend $8.99 on a Thursday.

My name is Meredith and I visited the Greenbelt, MD Ruby Tuesday to pick up a to go order for dinner. Marvin (Store Manager) greeted me with a friendly smile, professionalism and extremely prompt amazing service! The food was absolutely delicious and fresh! His dedication to excellent customer service is second to none. My overall rating undoubtedly is 5 stars for without hesitating. Marvin (Store Manager) deserves a big raise and the biggest recognition for her amazing friendly service and professionalism. My mom, sister and myself were at this location yesterday for my sister’s birthday, it took about 15 mins to be seated, another 30min until someone came to get our drink order and another 20 for us to receive them, finally we ordered our food, we didn’t get our food until 2:05 my chicken salad was dry and cold, I was really disappointed I had to ask for pickles after I was informed that it only came with pickles. While sitting at the table I looked up at the light fixture, it was so much dust on the lamp shade it was disgusting, spider webs around the emergency lights the salad bar wasn’t fresh lettuce wilted and the items just looked beat up needless to say we will not be returning to that location. This was a terrible experience that whole restaurant needs 3 serious deep cleaning The vents on the ceiling had dust caked up as well and could easily fall into someone’s food this is unsafe and disgusting. I also have pictures I’m just not sure how to upload them. I hope someone reaches out so I can share them.

The food was okay, nothing fancy but it was good for the price. The problem was when my group came (9 people) for lunch it was completely dead and it took over an hour for the waiter to take our food order. Then another 45 for the food to arrive and we finished eating within about 20-30 minutes and we literally walked around the dining room looking for anyone to ask for our checks. It took about 40mins until we found the host and she got the waiter to come out with our checks.
Lunch in a restaurant with no other customers shouldn’t take ~3 hours.

It was Veteran’s Day, and my husband and I went to lunch. He had several choices, but I could choose anything.
My husband had the Smash Burger with fries. I had the Grilled Vegetables with Chicken over Rice Pilaf. The vegetables were cooked properly, and there was a good amount of grilled chicken. There could have been a little more rice, however; it was a good portion if you are eating fewer carbohydrates.
I even had dessert: Cheesecake with two scoops of vanilla ice cream covered with whipped cream and caramel syrup. So delicious!
Before we left, I ordered from the veggie bar to make a nice salad to take home. Whatever you can fit into the container, go for it; it’s reasonably priced. Everything was fresh, and I later ate it for dinner.
They were a little short-staffed, but the wait for the food we ordered was short. If you like alcoholic drinks, there may be a wait. I didn’t have that problem.

I had an excellent time here: the Ribs were on point , it was delicious as well as the Tilapia dish.
In my opinion they have one of the best lemonades and teas I’ve had in a long time. High quality. Salad are fresh and highly recommended.

My mother and I stopped in to get lunch and was greeted by the best staff overall. The salad bar was very fresh. The service was amazing. The food was really good. I ordered the glazed salmon bowl and it was so good. My mother enjoyed her chicken tacodilla. We shared the spinach artichoke dip and that tasted great. Also any and every promotion was explained fully and we got every discount possible. I’m absolutely coming back.
