Went to this Wendy’s, and I was trying to pay on their kiosk but for some reason the kiosk wasn’t working, so the guy up front took my order. Everything was good with the food, the food was hot. They just forgot to put one of the condiments on my sandwich, but the service was good. The guy upfront was very Polite and nice.

Below was my previous review, but of course my it gets worse. Just an hour ago I order from the drive thru get home to find dried out fries and a Baconator with NO BACON!!!! $11.99 for garbage!! Thanks Wendy’s!!
******I don’t think I have ever had fries so bad!! They were not only cold but they looked horrible and they were dry. Looked like they had been sitting under a heat lamp all day or they need to change the oil in the fryer. Definitely garbage worthy.

I came here at lunch time today and the food was awesome. The young lady at the window was very nice but not smiling. The older lady that came by her in the window looked pissed off. Idk but she shouldn’t look pissed off and make the young lady look disturbed. Young lady , you was very sweet and if that heffer was mean to you, you need to complain to the higher ups and me as a customer will have your back. The burger was good, in which I’ve never liked a Wendy’s hamburger much at all. If course I forgot that they don’t put mustard on their burgers, it wasn’t a problem because I had mustard at work, and by the way Wendy’s, the mustard along with, mayo and ketchup, make the burger taste way better. Like I said , the chili was awesome. I’ve ate at many Wendy’s and enjoyed the chili, but this one had the best. Idk what was different but that was the best Wendy’s chili that I have eaten. They had a score of 100 posted and that’s what I like to see. Now y’all make sure that all of your employees are nice to the other employees. I like to see happy faces. The girl like I said was very nice. The employee that seemed to be a bully needs to go.

Got here on Sunday night at 10:45pm waited at drive up speaker till 11:00 pm. I know they were open because the car ahead of me ordered I seen it was $40. Anyway long story short as I’m typing this review about 5 people pulled up to order and left .

After having no luck with my mobile order across the street at BK, I decided to do wendy’s. Went smooth but my food had onions and pickles on it that I didn’t want. Mistakes happen…. the employees fixed my sandwiches and hooked me up with a free coke (to get the onion taste out of my mouth) …. so they still deserve the 5* because they fixed it with no question asked. And FYI, the burgers I didn’t eat did not goto waste. See my pics 🙂

I ordered the new Wednesday’s “Unpleasant Meal.” Fries were overcooked, spicy chicken nuggets were dark, dry and devoid of meat, but the Frosty was good. I told someone about the nuggets, and they replaced them with fresh ones. Please improve the service…

Chicken was dry n stake. It seemed old like it’s been sitting there awhile. Wasn’t warm at all. N I didn’t get the cheese I asked for that cost $0.60. The extra Mustard was thrown on the side of the burger. Cold hardly any onions or lettuce. Just not a good hot sandwich.

Me and my family passed through here today traveling back home to Alabama. We stopped to get the kids some lunch. The staff went above and beyond for us. They were all so nice and accommodating! The bathrooms were clean as well. The food was also satisfying. Kudos to you guys!

i order the Asiago Ranch Chicken Club and they gave me a regular chicken sandwich this there second time doing it …. i got bacon burger like two weeks ago they gave me a burger with just patty’s ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ yall need to do better and then the lady on the intercom was very rude didn’t have great costumer service but that’s every time i go to this wendy’s they be very hostile for no reason
