Service was a little slow to start. Waitresses were busy and it was seat yourself. Not sure if they really saw us as they took care of other tables before us. That was the only problem we had. Food was great, service after they finally got our order was fantastic. There was a young man there that really made it fantastic, I wonder if he was one of the owners? My Cobb salad was good and our app sampler was perfect. Bbq pizza had a little more sauce than I would have preferred (see pic) but the crust was super great! Would definitely come back to try more.

Service is excellent, we had a 45 minute wait for a table. The servicer gave us fresh baked bread with a buttered garlic seasoning (excellent). The Seafood Fettuccine was delicious with fresh made pasta and loaded with shrimp, scallops and imitation crab. The Chicken Parmesan was served with a large fried chicken breast perfectly seasoned..

I haven’t been to TJ‘s on the Avenue in years and we wanted to eat somewhere different than our normal spots and me and my friend came here and the service was great. The food was great the warm basket of garlic bread when we first got there, big portions for what we paid, Sunday night and no wait – Definitely will be back.

Family owned and excellent food. I was visiting family with my wife and we stopped in Christmas Eve while in town. There seafood Alfredo is still top notch. My wife had the sampler platter. I grew up in Mentor and remember their great food. Excellent pizza too. The crust is the best tasting.

Best chicken parmesan around. You can’t go wrong with any of their food. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel at home. It’s like having dinner with family. I’ve been going there with my family since 1991 and never had a bad meal.

Phenomenal experience tonight! Brought my Mom, my Son, and his friend – appetizers and meals were fresh, hot, and delicious. Our server was very personable and genuine. I am questioning why I haven’t visited sooner. We will definitely return!

Great service, food was ok–pretty bland sauce–but not great. I might have returned but the very old, super tacky decor from maybe the 70s was just too depressing. Weird electronic fish tank “fireplace,” old brown wall-to-wall carpeting, thick rubber tablecloths in 70s golds and greens, awful old ceiling tile ceiling. Ugh! If they ever remodel and make it beautiful like the old Bravo on 306–miss that place so much!–I’d give it anothet try.

The food here is very delicious! I got the spaghetti and meatballs and can easily tell that they make everything from scratch. The bread they gave me tasted like it was right out the oven and had a very nice buttery and seasoned taste. When host asked if Id like more bread, no way I was turning that down! The few bad reviews they got, honestly those people are trying to scam for free food. Their “reviews” dont count.
