This was my pathetic Double Cheeseburger. I’m so disappointed in the decline of food quality & service McDonald’s has reached. The wait time well over 30 minutes & I used the app, plus it was already after midnight & about 10 cars during my wait time. I used to love their food & thought of it as a treat. Never again. DON’T SEND ME A LINK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO GIVE COMPLAINT. It won’t change how this location operates.

The Fries were a bit old and a little cold. The nuggets with hot mustard is really good. My daughter loves to go to McDonald’s. Sometimes getting someone to acknowledge you can be a little challenging. The make eye contact with you… then they look away.

I never write reviews but I’m not going to hesitate here. I know you never expect too much for McDonald’s, but waiting 45 minutes for food completely takes the “fast” out of fast food. I pulled into curbside parking and used the app to purchase. I waited 20 minutes in curbside watching others that came after me receive food in a timely manner. So I decided to go through drive thru and they tell me that they are behind on food. Okay it happens no problem. All in the meantime I hear associates blatantly disrespecting management about being on their phones in the kitchen… gross. So I wait for another 25 minutes in the drive thru waiting for my order to arrive. Associates are running from car to car trying to get the right orders to the right cars and I of course get the wrong order. I know food service is not easy on a Friday afternoon. But the lack of organization, respect, and execution is laughable. Save your time and go to any other McDonald’s.

I want to start this by saying I love McDonald’s. But this location is the worst location in the area by far. We’ve stopped several times now to try to give the benefit of the doubt and have had incredibly slow service after being told to pull into the curbside spots and today we had a coffee SO bad it was undrinkable. I can’t speak to the coffee itself because I couldn’t taste coffee at all through the insane amount of sweetener added. I’m not saying it was just too sweet for my tastes….this was overpowered with so much artificial sweetener that I may as well have drank coffee syrup straight from the bottle. Disgusting and can’t believe I wasted rewards points for a coffee I couldn’t drink. Save yourself the trouble and go to any other McDonald’s in a 5 mile radius.

I placed an online order around 11:59 PM arrived at the restaurant’s curbside area at about 12:05 AM. The app prompted me to enter my curbside number, and I put in number 3. The store looked busy, and we didn’t mind waiting a few minutes at first. But after thirty minutes of constant drive-thru traffic and no sign of our food, it became clear something was off. The app kept saying our order would be out shortly the entire time, yet nothing happened. We were parked directly in front of the second drive-thru window right in view of multiple employees. Another fifteen minutes passed before the app suddenly said to “check in when you arrive,” even though we had already done that long ago. When we tried again, the app glitched and claimed our order was complete. At that point we decided to go through it. I explained the situation to the first employee, who simply told us to pull up to the second window. No apology, no concern just cold, stale food and flat drinks handed over, clearly sitting there for some time. If the app was right that our food was prepped at 12:15, explaining why everything tasted old when we finally got it at 12:45. Glitches happen, but the total lack of care or effort from staff was disappointing and makes me question spending my money there.

Five times in a row. FIVE they forget to put in multiple items in the bag. Multiple times I drive home realize that there is food missing. Once I went back, to get my missing burger. I did ask, is there a chance I could get extra fries, because of the driving (8min one way) my fries are gonna be cold, and the girl said, that she could change my fries, only if I bring the old ones back. And when I got here the dude by the fries already knew that I’m missing TWO burgers. I didn’t want to leave a bad review, but today again there was a burger missing, that I did notice at the store, but unfortunately I also missed that they forgot fries. So I guess it’s out both fault that the staff can’t put a simple order together 5!! 5!!! times in a row.

This Mc Donald’s had a very bad habit of parking you even when no one is in the line to mess with the time. If this is not the case and they park you because there is a line, they take an extensive time. I understand if you have a large order, but even with very small orders. Then when you say you are in a hurry they give you an attitude. In addition, when they park you, they forget the condiments such as mild sauce or syrup. I highly recommend if you are running on crunch time skip this McDonald’s, unless you want to be late.

I ordered the grinch meal 10 piece nuggets on the app. I showed up and waited at my spot for over 10 minutes so I went through the drive-through and redid the order on the app thinking it didn’t go through. Turns out it did, but nobody had come to curbside after I got my order I went home and they did not put the fries in the order so I had to drive back to McDonald’s. The manager was not apologetic and could care less

Fast efficient service and check-out, but the checkout girl wasn’t very friendly and didn’t acknowledge me with a greeting or wished me a good day.
Not sure if she’s having a bad day, just shy, or doesn’t want to be there.
She was drinking her drink and fiddling with her hair and then handling my food.
Then last but not least she didn’t seem to like me asking for more condiments.
The food was cold too.02/27/23 Food was great fast and friendly thank you!
