The app is horrible to order from. Tried ordering two different times (about 2 weeks apart) and both times it kept kicking me out. It takes way too long to place an order on the app. It does not matter if there is an online promotion or not. (Supposedly the problem last night) Also drinks selection is not good on the app. Not sure it’s worth the hassle.

The price of a single burger is outrageous! Factor in the fried and a drink ones complete meal and it was over 30 bucks the burgers are basically flat great patties not gourmet chef burger at a five star restaurant.. probably won’t go back unfortunately because the staff is really great at this location…

I’ll admit I don’t visit Five Guys often. Their burgers are top notch and the fries are fantastic. Neither, however, are so good that they warrant their exorbitant prices. My opinion only…YMMV.

Not often in Lauderdale so it was nice to return to try Five Guys. Yeah it’s a little pricey worth it. Register guy seemed a little unhappy but everyone else was chill. Food was, as usual, fantastic.

Generally I like this place. However, yesterday, something happened that will make me think twice about going to this store. I tried ordering via their app on the way there (love using the app to see all the options at my leisure) but wouldn’t accept the order. OK, it was a few minutes before the app says they opened (app said 11:30, but the door says 11). Fine, system to fail from time to time. Once I got to the store went to place my order and was told their system was down and they didn’t know how to take an order. They then figured out they can book a cash order and I happened to have cash on me. The system was unable to print the kitchen order, so they called it out to the cook, no problem. However, what really bothered me was while I was eating, they locked the doors only allowing customers in once told cash only. Isn’t that a major fire code violation? Aren’t doors to remain unlocked during business hours, especially with customers in the store? Fortunately, they had thumb locks on the inside and I was able to leave without having to call staff to the door, but in an emergency, I can see customers panicking and the results could be disastrous. Corporate/Region should update their training to protect customer safety.

Just like most Five Guys that I’ve been to, this one hit the spot. I just got a small burger with lettuce onions mustard and jalapeños and it was amazing. The burger was cooked to perfection as well as being cooked super fast. I also got a strawberry & chocolate milkshake with Oreo pieces mixed in, which was also great. Very smooth consistency with real strawberry pieces mixed in which is unusual fast food places. Overall, this is a great location !! Highly recommended.

The Five Guys at this location exceed the standard for the Franchise. I love the bacon cheeseburgers here and the peanut oil French fries. This is a busy location at lunchtime, but well worth the wait. They have peanuts to eat while you wait so if you are allergic, stay far away. This place is a must if you are looking for a good burger and better fries.

This is the first time I’ve been to this five guys, but I can not believe how outrageously priced it was!
$20.74 for burger fries and regular size drink!!

And the fries were terrible it seemed like they were probably sitting there four or five hours before I got them. they were overcooked and most of them were Brown.
Yet because they were sitting there for so long they were very soggy and disgusting.
The burger wasn’t bad but it certainly wasn’t great either!!
And then the bathroom was absolutely disgusting I couldn’t use it I had to go to a Publix in the shopping center nearby.
The stall with a toilet was was completely flooded, the toilet was nasty and unflushed.
Several of the table tops at the restaurant were dirty as well.
The restaurant was not busy at all but the staff didn’t seem to care one bit about keeping it clean.
I will never go back to a five guys again!
