Plenty of comments hating on the staff but I feel for them with how busy this location can get. Unfortunately, it feels like horrible management at this location. They are constantly out of several items which of course is never conveyed up front. Additionally, im so sick of doing online orders here. They make them half the size of your order if you order in person. So of course nobody does online orders and then there’s massive lines, flustered employees, and angry customers. It’s so simple, just make the online orders a full portion and people will use it more reducing the line and stress for employees. I don’t get why that’s so complicated. Literally got a burrito from an online order today that’s barely the size of a potato.

I have been coming to this location for the past year, at least 2-3 times a week. Every single time, the employees have been extremely rude to me, other customers, or each-other. On a couple occasions, I thought two employees were going to start physically fighting each other as they verbally yelled/insulted one another. Almost every employee I have seen here doesn’t stay for more than a month. On top of that, their portion sizes are terrible. On my previous visit, the employee who gave me little to no meat said their standard is 4oz of meat per serving and assured me that was what was served. I removed all the meat from my bowl and it came out to 2.6 ounces (see photo). Tonight, it looked as though I was served 1 ounce and when I asked for more, they said I would be charged double. When I told the employee (who seemed like he was going to fight me) serving my bowl that the serving was not 4 ounces, he told me that a standard portion is a ‘scoop.’ He then proceeded to mumble to himself and I believe he called me a profanity. At this point, I have learned to go out of my way to another location for friendlier, better food, and actual standard Chipotle portions.

I have been coming to this Location on and off for about a year. And every time I keep going to it, I keep telling myself that maybe this time will be better, but unfortunately, it just gets worse. I’m never going back to this location. Every time I go, they skimp, severely on the ingredients. And the staff doesn’t listen to you and today, they were short, 2 staff members, the cook was serving the food, and as you can see in my photo. My food doesn’t even come above the rim of the bowl. I definitely would go somewhere else.

The staff didn’t seem upbeat or friendly. I ordered a burrito which had more rice than anything else in my burrito. I asked for chicken and received half a scoop, not wanting to be difficult I decided to move on. I sat and ate my rice filled burrito and couldn’t take not having chicken so I decided to go ahead and order a side of chicken. When asking for my side the team member reacted with an attitude acting like it was a huge task. Overall, this place was a let down, I didn’t even have a craving for it anymore.

This is the worst Chipotle in the city. Rice was half fresh and half hard, inedible rice. They were out of half the ingredients I usually get, and out of ice. Short on employees with a long line of people waiting. One guy making food with zero sense of urgency. I will not be back.

Need to improve efficiency on getting mobile orders out faster. Got to store at 7:00 for my order that was to be ready by 7:10. Didn’t get order till 7:30. At that point I could have gone through the line 4 times.

Staff needs to be trained properly they don’t know how to treat customers they don’t even give proper response. Food can’t be good every time sometimes things happen but customer service needs to be right every time.everyone here got a bit of attitude problem

We’ve been customers for 10 plus years. We have always had an issue with quality.

Frozen tomato salsa, hard/overcooked white rice, ran out of shells or tortillas, chicken is hard not easy to eat and or burnt.

Sadly, the list goes on and on, but we try to keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe someday things will change.

This place has online order fulfil issues. It gets delayed over pick up time, the order items are not done correctly. The service is awful. Staff never does good customer service for messed up order. App is awful and would not connect with real customer support. Chat bot is useless

Hi,

I wanted to share feedback from my recent visit to Chipotle. The line moved quickly until checkout, where the guest in front of me had trouble with his card. Instead of helping, the staff were laughing, which felt unprofessional.

I offered to pay for his meal, and when he tried to return the favor by paying for mine, the cashier accidentally charged him for both bowls. When I mentioned it, the staff seemed annoyed instead of apologetic or helpful.

I usually have great experiences at Chipotle, but this one left me disappointed with the customer service at checkout.
