I went here with my grandmother and mother. I didn’t enjoy the vibe. They keep the plates on lockdown so if you want another plate from the buffet you have to go ask for one at the counter like a child. I just think it’s a bad business model, but really that wasn’t the issue. The plates that they give you are smaller than the plate that you start with so I mentioned the size thinking they gave me the wrong plate. I didn’t really care that it was smaller, I just was confused. While there wasn’t anything outrightly said, I felt like they thought I was some greedy white guy the way that they looked at me and spoke to me in tone.
I’ve never been here before and never go to buffets and when I’ve gone to buffets in the past they always have plates out in the open. I feel you should improve your system and not put the customer in position to come across as in the wrong so easily. It’s little things like these that add up in society that help create so many viral videos and negative social media comments – misunderstandings turn to judgment.
Food was good from what I remember, though. I’m not sure how tempted I am to come back but maybe some day.

This whole experience was horrible. The order taker was not friendly at all! Very condescending and not helpful. My 1/2 turkey club sandwich looked more like a 1/4 of a sandwich. 3 bites. That’s it, for $12! My side salad was decent but up charge of $2.50. Overall. NOT WORTH THE PRICE! And bad, rude service!!

I loveeee how there’s healthy options for everyone, free kids meals on Wednesdays, AND free ice cream!!! It couldn’t get any better. I’m trying to stay healthy, and this definitely gives me some options. My husband who is NOT healthy at all, loves their chicken alfredo. There’s a little bit of everything for the whole fam!
I loveeee there salad bars!! Better than Salata and other “healthy” places. They have hummus, red peppers, corn/bean/pico salad, chickpea salad, pasta salad, beets?! Raisins! Sprouts! As a vegetarian, it couldn’t get any better!! And it’s cheap!!
They just hired new personnel. All very friendly!!

Long time customer but thinking it was the last visit. We walked away hungry from the shrinking food portions. Managers special is a sandwich sampler. Chef salad had a piece of paper in it. All soups were cold and a cup of soup added to a salad was 5.59. Plenty of other places have better portions and better prices. Do yourself a favor and go to Cenas Mexican restaurant directly behind Jason’s and you will not be disappointed!!!

For my first visit, I was immediately impressed by Jason’s Deli’s commitment to fresh, high-quality ingredients, especially the immaculate salad bar and my excellent sandwich. The combination of friendly, efficient service and the pleasant surprise of complimentary soft-serve ice cream guarantees this won’t be my last time visiting—it’s highly. Giovani was so nice with lots of patience.

This was my first time ever trying Jasons deli. The food was really good. I enjoyed the variety of selections they had on the salad bar. However, I was surprised they did not have raisins on the salad bar, which are my favorite. Otherwise, the salad bar had a Lot of different selections and a lot of different salad dressings to choose from. They had several soup selections to choose from as well. I chose gumbo, which was very flavorful. However, it did not have much meat and seafood in it as I would have liked but the roux was tasty.
The staff was very friendly, and customer service was excellent. I went at lunchtime and it was not very busy. I walked in and was served right away. The dining area was clean and the staff was constantly wiping down the bar area. I will definitely return

Ordered here for the first time the other day and I got a salad and the spicy seafood gumbo , the salad was probably one of the freshest salad I ever ate and the sauce made it even better and the spicy gumbo was delicious and hit my hunger spot
