I usually never get takeout, but today was one of those days. I woke up at 5:00 AM, it’s almost 11:00 PM now, and I stopped by this Cava completely exhausted. They were extremely busy packing nonstop takeout orders, yet Hector took care of me with so much kindness and patience.
Despite how hectic it was, he was genuinely polite, warm, and thoughtful. He packed my food so carefully and made me feel truly taken care of. That kind of service is rare, especially working late at night after a looong day.
There are a million Cava locations all over Boston, but I will absolutely be coming back to this one because of Hector alone. Thank you so much, Hector—you genuinely made my entire day.

I always go to this Cava location because they stay stocked on everything even later in the evening and my bowl is always packed! I went today and the guy got a new container of arugula because the current one was kind of empty, so they really make an effort for the ingredients here. Definitely would choose this location over others, again.

Wonderful experience they always go above and beyond carver has the best food much better than Chipotle. The ingredients is fresh and the staff at this location are wonderful wonderful wonderful

We were very disappointed with our food after having seen the great rating CAVA has on Google maps. I got the spicy lamb and avocado chef bowl and while most ingredients were nice and fresh, overall the flavor combination was a mess in my opinion. What made it much worse was 1. having to eat the hard black lentils that didn’t appear to be cooked at all and detracted from the rest of the meal and 2. biting into a lamb meatball that didn’t look fully cooked.
My partner’s meal wasn’t much better because her pita and the paper wrap were no match for the runny dressing that came pouring out of it while she ate. Also, it was the chicken schwarma dish and the chicken was dry and under seasoned.
Maybe this was an off day or maybe they have better options but this was our first time there and we had high expectations from the reviews and came away very disappointed.

Very good bowls, similar to Sweet Green and the like. A bit expensive as you could expect. Their A/C was out so it was pretty hot in there, but still good food. They also have Maine Root soda
