I eat at this taco bell almost everyday. Today I went in and was turned away because they didn’t want to take my order. The item i order everyday isn’t on the self order terminal so they have to take the order at the register. Not to mention i was paying with cash. The lady said “i don’t have a draw” so she couldn’t take my money anyway. Thats a great way to lose an everyday customer. I won’t waste my time going back.

I went through the drive thru and placed 2 separate orders. One of those orders being a chicken quesadilla. We had parked and I took my food out (said picture) is what i was given. The cheese was not melted, there was no sauce on it and barely any chicken. So I had called and asked to get it remade. The lady who answered didn’t say anything until after I had to say “hey”, no greeting or anything but she did say she would replace it. I went back through the drive thru and ordered the same thing. I took it out and my first piece was straight jalapeño sauce. I just honestly felt like at that point they were playing in my food so I didn’t call again but I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. I don’t live in riverside but it was just all together disappointing. Ive had this happen before at a different location and they handled it a lot better.

Worst taco bell around Everytime I come here always a problem. Now I received order and missing half my order!! No one acknowledges you until you say something and they don’t even barely talk. Girl I heard in back say she put it in there. Handed me food and was being sarcastic like. Is this a training store or what? Get new workers?!? Idk but really annoying

On this specific day it was very gross and unprofessional at 558 pm on December 6th we went here an tried to order food in the drive thru we had 4 different people speak to us on the intercom and they messed everything up on my order which was 5 things they even messed my drinks up and then told us they would not remake it or refund my money even with a receipt I will be calling Monday to complaint to higher ups looks like a bunch of methods heads was working today I have the names of every one that was working in here

Literally the best taco bell in Dayton. Significantly better than the one on Watervliet and on multiple occasions have gone out of my way to pass that one and come here. Staff is hospitable and quick with it. Love this place.

I loved opening the $5.99 Cravings Box and seeing everything neatly packed inside. I also loved the Brisk Dragon Paradise Sparkling Iced Tea–I would definitely get it again!! 😉
