For a kiosk-ordering place, this place is really fast and convenient! I had a salad, and the bread that it came with. It was super good.

I ordered on line and have never ever been so disappointed with the food I received! 1/2 sandwich had avocado but it was mostly black, 5 tiny little pieces of chicken. Bread was good on Sandwich. Also ordered broccoli cheese soup, the worst I’ve ever gotten, and ordered a cherry danish that is almost $6.00 but I get one anyway. This time the danish was burnt, overdone and hard as a rock threw it away.

Sadly, this is the worst Panera I’ve ever visited. The biggest issues are the slow service, for both online and in-store orders, order mistakes, and the lack of cleanliness.
The dining area is pretty dirty – floor and tables, and they block off large sections of the restaurant even during peak times – perhaps a way to avoid cleaning the section.
At least they leave wipes out so you can clean your own table. These photos were taken soon after we arrived at 6:10pm and the tables were all still in this state when we left at 7. It’s a shame – we love Panera but won’t be going here again.

I’ve always loved the souffles here. When we were in Modesto we would drive 45 minutes out of our way to get fresh souffles. I was going to Home Depot yesterday so I stopped at this Panera bread to get a souffle because I haven’t had one in a long time. It was a bad choice. Apparently they don’t make them fresh in the store anymore they send them Frozen to the store and then the store heats them.
They were terrible. 90% of the dough was still raw only the bottom layer of the dough was actually cooked.
And on top of that the bacon was dried and old like it was cooked a couple days before.
When they were fresh made in the store they were often out of stock. I’m sure some executive thought they could make more money by sending them Frozen to the store. We’ll they ruined an amazing product. I won’t be buying souffles from Panara anymore.
The staff were nice and refunded me and even offered me a muffin and some other things to make up for it.

I assume 20-40% of sales might be on coffee yet this location always has the worst unmaintained coffee station. Especially after 5pm. No milk or coffee even though they have only two options left. Employee can’t be bothered to check or make a fresh batch. Not even a wipe down. Hate this location but I moved and it’s the closest option. Corporate needs to get involved.
Besides the fact that this location rarely has 2% milk available by the coffee. I order breakfast, they ran out of croissants so I had to pick plain bread. No problem. The kitchen always toasts the bread prior to making the sandwich but for some reason when I had to replace the original option they didn’t toast it.
So of course by the time I got it, it was soggy from eggs and veggies.
App used to have notes for prep instructions. So weird you cant pick toasted and extra toasted for your sandwiches. Salt and pepper together but can’t get only pepper? Have to force excessive sodium on us? Sugar in all your soups?
Super healthy!

The lady that took our order today was very nice. The food was good. We had half a sandwich and a cup of soup. The only thing that made no sense is their “pick 2”. It isn’t like you get a deal for soup and sandwich or salad. Everything is priced individually! So what is the big deal? $6 for a cup of soup and $9 for half a sandwich is ridiculous. It’s misleading!

I am not sure when this location Panera Bread’s quality of food changed. The food still tasted good but could have been better. I had a “You pick two” with a Spicy Take Chicken Sandwich and Broccoli Cheddar soup, while my husband had a pick two with the Signature Take Chicken Sandwich and Bistro French Onion soup. Almost every aspect of the choices were lacking, especially my Spicy Take Chicken Sandwich. The fix-ins were very sparse and there was barely any sauce on the chicken (see picture). The Broccoli Cheddar soup tasted a little different too. My husband’s Sandwich was a little better on the fix-ins but still sub- standard compared to other locations. His French Onion soup seemed alright though. The only good thing about this place is the service. Most notably, the older fellow who walked around clearing tables. He was very attentive and kind.

We went to Colorado Springs recently and got lunch and some bagels to go. I have never been so disappointed in any bagel that I’ve purchased as these. I wrote to Panera and never even received a response. If I looked at the bagels before I left I would have never purchased them. What

I ordered a bowl of French Onion Soup and a Cesar salad. I thought I ordered a full salad but checked Door dash receipt, and it was half ordered. (My bad) There is no way what I got for the soup was a “bowl”. They didn’t include the Crutons. I love their French Onion Soup. It was to expensive for what you get.

This place sucked. We went in for breakfast bagels. For the family. Kids got fruit dont do it over priced and was barely any fruit. My bagel wasn’t even sliced. I’m pretty sure wasn’t very fresh. The worst part no anything in the To go bag. Honestly one of my top worst experiences. I go inside and the girl at the front seemed disinterested in helping me never even returned my bag after I asked for butter and utensils tells me its over there and I dont know where over there is, go around the corner for togo I guess which isn’t where my bag was orginally. They need some signage yo help customers know. Anyways the guy behind to go asks me what I want or need. Very disorganized and unprofessional.
