The past couple of visits (I just got it not even an hour ago) I ask for a number 1, plain. Which is a hamburger. This time I even asked for NO CHEESE. And both times I have gotten cheese whether I said plain and said no when they asked for cheese and even when I said plain, no cheese and keep getting cheese. I don’t get how a hamburger gets cheese, especially plain. I had to scrape it off but it’s not the same.

Really good burgers, fries, and shakes. We stopped while passing thru Des Moines and enjoyed a quick lunch. A bit less expensive than the mainstream fast food and definitely better quality of food. We’d visit again.

Well to be honest shitty experience tonight with my family I ask very nicely for my order not rushy not to fast or demanding I asked for a number 2 with cheese no pickle and a Pepsi to drink and I asked for number 6 just the 6 count with ranch and cook to order and a chocolate shake he reads it back to me sounds good we get to the window get are drinks and you can tell that this younger guy at the window obviously doesn’t care about his job just sighing and huffing at the window like he doesn’t want us there so we get are drinks then we wait about 7 minutes and then we get the food and my kids fry’s are cold and crunchy not fresh at all my wife’s nuggets are cold and gummy and I got pickles on my burger so tonight was the worst family night I’ve had thanks bbops for your workers who obviously don’t like there job and can’t listen.

I had the worst experience and I’ve been having a lot of bad experience from all the beepops in town.The one on eastsouth East 14th. And I had a terrible sandwich. My mom had it out and her sloppy. She couldn’t even need that she didn’t taste good to her. That fries were oversulted. I do not recommend this place ever for someone to go to eat. Go to McDonald’s or Burger King and you’re probably to get a better

They usually load the sandwhiches with lettuce and I barley got a sprinkle. There is no onions but I didn’t tell them no onions. They use to put sourcream in a cup on the side but now they put it right in your chili. I’d like to control how much I put in there. I’d rather have too much lettuce than not enough. What happened over at this location?
