Disappointed by the level of service. I went to order. Waited nearly minutes to acknowledge I was at the register. Cashier show no customer service acumen at all. No apology for the wait or thank you for service. Unfortunately, to make matters worse, the quality of the food is not where it was expected to be. This would be unacceptable in other neighborhoods, but in communities of color, poor customer service is to be expected apparently. Very disappointed by my experience.

I kinda understood them marking the fry box last year so they don’t fill your fries like they used to. I don’t like it but I understand. What I had to door dash today was ridiculous a large fry that didn’t amount to a medium. No the driver didn’t touch them , this is what I got. My last time coming here and probably any McDonald’s.

I’m highly disappointed in this McDonald’s and their staff. My mom ordered a burger with no onions. She got home, realized the burger had onions.. went to return the burger and they refused to give her a refund or the burger without onions. It’s on the receipt and the wrapper that no onions should have been on the burger. She showed the manager the burger with the onions on it and she still refused. Hire people with sense.. please

This is the second time within 3 weeks that my order was incorrect. I ordered a Chicken Nugget Happy Meal…they forgot the fries. Today ordered a Chicken Nugget Happy Meal and a 10 piece Chicken Nugget Meal and they forgot got the FRIES. Also, BOTH of the drinks are wrong!!

Boy oh boy let’s start with the lines were super long and congested and that’s with 2 lanes going. Next the young man who took my order was not friendly at all he sounded like he was not having a happy day. Then my order looked like crap it legit looked like they dropped my sandwich on the floor, it was missing a bun. Of course I was miles away before I saw it or I would have asked for a immediate refund. I ended up throwing the whole thing away and for the money spent this is unacceptable.

This location used to be my favorite McDonald’s of the ones in the area. Maybe management changed over the last few months, because things have gone way downhill. Now, my order is almost always missing something, it takes forever to get the food, and the fries are cold at least half the time.
Most recently, my boyfriend and I placed separate mobile orders. We each ordered the same exact burger and an order of fries. We submitted our orders within 20 seconds of each other. When we got there, his order was ready and mine was not. We ended up waiting over 15 extra minutes for my order (for literally one burger and one order of fries), and I had to ask for the status at least 3 times.
In the time we were waiting, I saw 3 customers leave and come back in, because their orders were missing items and/or incorrect. By the time I got my order, my boyfriends food was cold from waiting so long. So we go home and open our bags and realize they gave us BOTH the wrong burger. How do you mess up two orders in a row? I truly don’t understand. AND my fries were cold. Why did I wait so long, to get the wrong burger and cold fries? They really need new management.

Every time I order extra anything on my burger, they put NONE of that ingredient instead. Example, I order extra pickles….. Instead, they give me no pickles. I order extra onions, they give me NO onions. It happens every single time. I don’t know why it’s so hard for them to differentiate between the word “XTRA” and the word “NO”. The grill slip clearly says “XTRA”.
If this gets resolved, I’ll change my review. Until then, they get 1 star.

Today July 31st 2022 was my first time visiting this McDonald’s. I gave it a 5 star because it was clean, the meal was hot and presentable while the staff and cashier was polite and accommodating.
To complement the service she told me to sit to be served because I was dinning in. They also have a play pen for children. I also observed how spacious it was for a party or small group. Although smiles are a part of the experience and the cashier didn’t offer any it still did not take away from the entire presentation. Great work!!
