Really wanted to love this place. The atmosphere is very cool and the service was great.

The karaage chicken appetizer was good but the ramen, particularly the broth, was lacking in flavor. My shoyu was bland and light in color – normally it is darker from the soy sauce base. My husband’s tonkotsu was slightly better. I do appreciate the generous amount of toppings though.

Unfortunately I do not think we will be back simply because the ramen was subpar.

We have eaten here many times over the years, we find it’s always reliably high in quality and craftsmanship. The chefs really put such care into meeting the taste of each customer. They are a really fun and friendly lot. Their shirts are always awesome and their menu is always consistently great

Rakkii Ramen is a Japanese noodle house located on S New St. in Bethlehem. They are open every day from 11AM – 8:30PM.

I was here once a few years ago and all the food was delicious. This time around was no different.

I started with the noodle wrapped shrimp and Karaage chicken. The shrimp are deep fried and topped with spicy mayo and Okinawa sauce. The chicken is also fried and topped with sweet and spicy gochujang sauce. The Karaage chicken is my favorite item on the menu.

I tried the spicy miso ramen last time. This time I went with the tonkotsu ramen. It’s made with pork broth, ajitsuke tamago, chashu, bamboo shoots, scallions, nori, narutomaki, and black garlic oil.

My friend ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl. She liked it so much the first time she had to order it again.

Service left much to be desired. Our server didn’t introduce himself, ask how any of the food was, or crack a single smile. I would have rather ordered from a counter and just sat myself.

Pickup and delivery are both available.

Had a horrible Ramen experience at a different Ramen place and was seeking “Ramen Redemption.” I was not disappointed here.

Rakkii Ramen had great vibes all around. The music and overall atmosphere really set the tone and made it a fun place to hang out, and the service was friendly and attentive without feeling rushed.

I ordered the fried chicken ramen and it was honestly delicious. It was crispy, flavorful, and the chicken paired perfectly with the broth and noodles. Everything tasted fresh and well put together.

They also have a really cool robot that brings food to your table, which was a fun and unique touch and definitely added to the experience.

I’d absolutely come back again, both for the food and the experience. Definitely a solid spot if you’re looking for good ramen with a great environment.

2 of the smallest pieces of meat. They equal the size of one piece of bacon. Eggs looked like a day old.
1st time in my life I have left a review for anything.
Maybe for $5. Nothing more than that.

We stumbled into this ramen shop on a rainy evening, and honestly, it was the best decision we’ve made. The ramen was incredible! Don’t even get me started on the karaage chicken, I tried it for the first time, and now literally get obsessed The staff were super friendly, too. Definitely coming back next time.

Super fast service. Food is delicous and full of flavor. I’ve tried most items on the menu but my new favorite is the Japanese curry chicken bowl. I love taking co-workers and friends here for lunch. They even offer gluten free noodles.

A true foodie gem located on Bethlehem’s southside. I always order either the vegetable ramen soup with extra tofu and spicy, or the signature salmon with rice for lunch. Both items are always delicious, satisfying and consistently made and presented beautifully. Places like this make a city a better place. To live and or visit.

I like this place and my grandson LOVES it. ( Ramon is his favorite meal). We started with some edamoni and seaweed salad and both were great. I almost ordered another salad. My seafood Ramon’s were very good. Lots of seafood. The curry was excellent . Service was quick and warm

Raki Ramen is one of my favorite spots in Bethlehem! It’s really close to my school, so I come here pretty often. The food is always amazing — I especially love their chicken thigh rice bowl. The staff are super fast with taking and preparing orders, and the service is consistently great. Highly recommend if you’re looking for delicious food and quick service!
