i asked for extra sauce and got a normal ammount. And there was so much hair in between my big mac. it wa genuinely disgusting. i will say though it came fast. but that does not outshine my ugly food. and they dont even refund it.

I ordered ahead on my mobile app. I got through the drive thru quickly but when I got home (5 minutes away) my fries were hardly warm and my fish sandwich had very little tarter sauce a corner of a piece of cheese that was almost completely off the fish and the bun was hard. This is the worst food that I’ve ever gotten from McDonald’s.

Busy outpost of McDonalds located in Parkville. Sandwiches were appropriate temperature and tasted good but were very sloppy in construction, including an egregious tartar sauce blob on a Filet o’ Fish. Service was slow, including a lengthy gap between food being ready and drinks coming out – the lack of a self-serve fountain contributed to this gap. Drive thru appeared to be moving slower compared to McDonalds at McClean Boulevard and at Taylor Avenue. Dining room is oddly grim, with no customers choosing to eat meals in store during my (somewhat lengthy) wait for food. Overall, there are better arches if you need your fix.

I don’t often eat at McDonald’s, but I was in the area, and the location was convenient. But most recently, on two different occasions within a 2 week period, I stopped by for pickup at the counter. The drive-thru was way too long both times. On the 1st occasion, there was about a 10 minute wait. But the 2nd time, the wait was more like 25-30 minutes. I wasn’t the only person waiting that long. I asked if I could cancel my order when the app wouldn’t allow it. I needed to get to an appointment. The young lady handling orders stated that she could take care of it. She eventually came with my fish combo. Unfortunately, when I got to my car, I saw that the fish looked like it had been sliced in half. I’ve never seen a piece of fish so small or thin. I’ve eaten at this location before with no issues. But there was a long line of disgruntled people when I left. It appears that staffing is limited, and so I don’t blame the workers. Management needs to do better! Or, at the very least, communicate so people know how long the wait will be. The new setup doesn’t allow you to actually talk to anyone as everyone pretty much stays in the back behind a big wall.

Came in tonight to try the Grinch Meal with my Family of 4. Ordered 4 Grinch Meals at 12:48p. It ordered on Kiosk. Kiosk could not accept payments, cash or credit. Told me to proceed to Register. Nobody at register. 2 people already in line in front of me. Not being helped. After 5 minutes, i saw a guy in the back, Manager. Asked if someone could assist us. He siad they were busy in Drive thru. I waited. While waited the 2 patrons in front of me left. 10 minutes later. I asked again, if someone could assist me. I got yelled at by Manager, that they were busy. We will get up there. Just wait. A couple behind me complained, so someone came up to help. We have now been here 20 minutes before helped pay. Now the wait. Its now 1:08. My family went to our table 132. I went back up 4 times between 1:08 and 1:38 to check on my 4 Grinch meals. A lafy came up and started arguing that they have alot of drive thru orders. Our order is being taken care of. Finally, we recieved our 4 Grinch meals at 1:44. That is 56 minutes waiting dive in for 4 meals. Interupting our Christmas Shopping Experience.

Omg!!! What was the DM or Corporate thinking??? The heater was broken so you told staff to leave the blowers running cold air full blast, instead of turning them off. It was freezing inside the dining room. Special thanks to the young man serving the food. He was bundled up and frozen but his kindness in the situation was very much appreciated.

Horrible service. I always come between 4-5 in the morning when I get off work and just want a coke. Always closed employees are extremely disrespectful. Spoke to general managers during the day all day they are only supposed to be closed for 5-10 minutes for shift change. I waited over an hour and a half JUST TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER ON DUTY who was absolutely no help and disrespectful as well. The employees using profanity not being professional they all need to be fired. Those workers overnight have no work ethic and are extremely lazy

Kid gets done cleaning the lobby. he greets me, i tell him im missing an item and he proceeds to grab my bag. i asked him if he could wash his hands, HE got upset and he became short with his responses and annoyed that i didnt know he shoved 3 cookies into a 4 piece nugget box

Where is Ricky? Ricky is absolutely delightful, respectful and takes pride in his job even at the crack of dawn! We need more workers like him. Ask if he has any family that needs a job because obviously they taught him common sense. Most of the drive through people don’t care, doesn’t seem to know how to speak proper English. It is obvious they don’t want to be there. It literally takes a smile to make people feel good. Please have Ricky train every employee there.
