Visited the Habit Grill in Upland Calif.
I was impressed with the cleanliness of the establishment and ample seating.
Ordering was a breeze and we only waited a short time before our food was ready.
Delicious!
I tried their new pulled pork sandwhich. To my surprise there was a hamburger patty under the pork, pickles and coleslaw.
We also ordered one of the large salads which was also delicious.
We will be back! Yum
FYI: This location has a drive-thru, how convenient is that!

The food was great and the customer service was excellent. Just 2 complaints from me. The lobby was way too cold and the outside dining area was a bit dirty.

The Habit Burger Grill Upland California features the freshest grilled to order foods,great fries and onion rings and loads of cold beverages-thick ice cream shakes too! Friendly servers,sparkling clean restaurant and loads of free parking.

Not the most attentive counter staff. Food was good, but the burger was rather dry (a bit overcooked). Dark parking lot. A bit difficult to navigate into the restaurant.

I have gone here for atleast like 5-7 times and usually I tell them at the time of order to get fresh hot french fries….. I usually order the double burger char combo meal around $17…. and about 90% of time… I get lukewarm or cold fries…. so I have to return it and ask them to get me hot french fries that I request at time of order….. then they give me the hot french fires off the fryer….. the burger is nice and hot and is ok to eat….
But judging from what I saw is that they mass cook and burgers and french fries and lay it on tray on top of counter to give out customers…. and there’s usually just one guy is taking orders and giving out the food….He’s nice guy but way overworked and no help is provided…..Bad management at this location..
They need one person to take orders and another one to serve the food when ready hot…..Not let food sit on counter without being served until the cashier is not busy to serve the food…
They need to make hot French fries off the fryer and serve it…..not let it cool and serve….for $17 combo meal….for burgers… I could easily go to local Chinese restaurant and get hot fresh food….

This must’ve been THE WORST Habit experience I’ve ever had. I ordered through the drive-thru and the women was rude in the intercom and at the window. Having previously worked for this company, I know that we’re trained to give great customer service. The food wasn’t good either, the fries were limp and cold and the bun was burned. Don’t go here!! The one on campus in the colonies is better. Honestly had I not already made it home, I would’ve gone back, returned the food, and gotten a refund.

This place will slop on the mayo when you order no mayo… They will serve you old cold burgers and the child at the window will call you “bro” when you are handed yout 15.00 each burgers. Don’t go here unless you like food poisoning.
