DO NOT GO TO THIS JACKS!! They are not the nicest people and frankly don’t know what they’re doing. If you work at GH or are a Veteran, they will not give you your service discount. I’ve gotten the discount before there and it wasn’t a problem but for some reason today they told me “we’ve never given that discount to people” also told me “we only give discounts for fireman and police”. Also not to mention that the food was horrible. My ham biscuit was hard as a rock. The biscuit itself was as hard as a scone and the ham was a tiny little shielded up burnt piece of meat (picture attached). The manager or whoever dealt with me wouldn’t even look me in the eye.
NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS JACKS, I WILL NEVER GO BACK, AND I WILL DETER PEOPLE AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT. SERVICE AND FOOD WERE HORRIBLE!

Ordered 3 chicken sandwiches was ask too wait,no biggie. 15 minutes later we had too walk in ourselves. And food was setting on the counter getting cold. Got 1 decent chicken sandwich out of 3, and the 10$ couches burger was simply a huge disappointment,bacon bits no peaces soggy crispy onions…. Don’t go in the afternoon there are nothing but children and they don’t give a hoot about your hard earned money!!! Used too love this place

At the bottom of my chicken meal there was a long strand of hair. I didn’t realize it until I was pulling the hair out of my mouth after biting into it. Truly disgusting. I went inside and let them know and they didn’t seem to care all that much. The manager saw me holding a plate that I had just gotten from the drive through, heard me say “excuse me,” and she sent her employee to deal with it. She wouldn’t even come greet me herself. It was an all female staff and they weren’t wearing hairnets. They all had their hair in pony tails. Service in the drive through took 10 minutes to bring me a burger meal and a 4 count chicken finger meal. They immediately pulled me forward after I payed them, and they had no sense of urgency or care. They couldn’t even say “hey how’s it going” or anything from the very start. Sounded like a zombie tha didn’t want to be there when I ordered and the girl who took my order got less enthusiastic as I added different things on to my order. Never ever going back to this place. Horrible all around. Food was not fresh and was contaminated.

Seems like you defeat the purpose of ordering from the app. Ordered two chicken dinners, then when I arrived 25 minutes later at the scheduled pickup time you are out of chicken breast. Instead of the dinners I wanted I was asked what I wanted as a substitute. Also one dinner did not have the correct sides.
Really like Jack’s a lot, but this time was a disappointment.

I got two wraps and I took a bite and thought that’s awfully cold and small. At this point I can’t even complain it had like two pieces of egg. They gave me a just plain bacon and cheese wrap on to my next one it was made well aside from the hair cooked into the cheese

We ordered at the drive through window at Jacks in Ft. Payne for the last time today. We love Jacks, but the past two times at this location have been very disappointing. My wife ordered their special, the Southern BBQ Pub Burger. What she received was a mashed, unappetizing, thrown together burger which looked nothing like the pictures on TV or their web site. First, like I said, it was mashed (picture 2). Then two beef patties on a dry bun (picture 3). Then all condiments were just thrown on there in a pile (picture 4). There was only a dab of the special barbecue sauce, not spread on thick as advertised (picture 4). Finally, one of the beef patties looked like someone had taken a bite out of it when making the burger (it was given to our dog before I could take a picture). I ordered the chicken dinner. We were given no napkins or eating utensils. I hope this is just a local problem and not systematic. Good bye Jacks.

The burgers were really good. One of the best fast food burgers I have ever had. They use quality ingredients and put their burgers on premium buns. I enjoy stopping in whenever I am in the area.

Well, the food was not the best. The fried chicken tasted like cheap stuff you buy from frozen section in the grocery store. When we were searching for a place to eat in this area and we searched for Jack in the Box and this popped up but we didn’t realize it was not Jack in the Box. We always called Jack in the Box “Jack’s” for short. I guess we saw “Jack’s” and assumed it was Jack in the box. The building even looked kinda like Jack in the box.
We realized we weren’t at Jack’s when we went in and saw the menu. We we’re like, “Jack in the box serves fried chicken now?!” Then we realized the whole menu was different. But we ordered food anyway with optimistic of giving them a try. It was ok. We liked Jack in the box better. Kids were disappointed there were no tacos… I ordered the 2 sandwiches for $6 deal… They were small… I chose the burger and a chicken sandwich… I didn’t feel it was worth $6…
But I wouldn’t mind eating here again to try something else on their menu.

Usually this place has fast, friendly service with a great breakfast. Today, not so much. The eggs were thin and dry, almost like it was bottom scrappings. We had the deluxe breakfast. Only thing good was hash rounds. The biscuits were thin and almost flat. The pics show the half of the biscuit, honesty the other half was that thin as well, didn’t think to take pictures before. I hope they do better next time, and this was just an off day for them. They were very busy, I know, but no excuse for food like that.
