Stopped in for express dining (no show) with my son on a Monday evening. Ian greeted us, was so accommodating and checked on us throughout our meal. Our server, Austin, provided exceptional service; we barely had to ask for anything. Again, we only had dinner but were treated with the same great service experience as if there for the whole show. The food was amazing! I have absolutely no complaints! Also, there happy hour is top notch

Great Hibachi food. We made a reservation for 7, weren’t seated until 8, and didn’t have our chef join our table until 9. Left at 10. The whole table was about to join in revolt. The poor waitress offered us $10 coupons as recompense, but we asked for better. Eventually, management agreed to a 20% discount. My biggest issue was that if there were staffing issues or someone called sick, management could have been more proactive in their communication. As it was, we were left to assume incompetence. All in all, a memorable experience.

The main dishes are all excellent! We had filet mignon scallops, shrimp and chicken. The presentation is top notch both funny and entertaining. Well worth the price as you get 2 meals out of your serving size, one to enjoy there and one to enjoy later. The only thing I would like to see improved on is the soup and salad to start the meal but I would gladly do without just to enjoy the main dishes.

I’ve been coming here ever since I was a kid. I even took sushi making classes back in the past when they were offered (such a fun experience – the chef was so friendly, too).
I recently met a friend for her birthday dinner. She and I had so many things go wrong leading up to that dinner, and all in all, I just want to say that I really appreciate how the manager (owner?) was so kind and understanding. I would have understood if they were too busy to adjust our reservation, but he worked with me and we were able to still get in for the last seating. He extended a level of hospitality I was not expecting, and for that, I just want to send a tremendous “thank you”!

I usually love coming here. Eating in and getting hibachi is the best way to go, but here lately ive been getting to go. The last times we’re great, but this one they got my order wrong so I had to go back and bring the wrong one and take the new one. I had ordered the Caterpillar roll which I get every time. I get that happens sometimes but then it tasted so bland 🙁 Usually it doesn’t taste like that but there was just no flavor.

Tonight was very unique. The prep of the dinner was excellent as ever, very nice show. The quality of the food was equally as good. The tenderloin steak which I had, was the last entree prepared. The chicken and shrimp had been served and eaten by those that ordered that. The steak was last. Within 5 minutes of my dinner being plated I was presented with the bill. This was totally inappropriate. Needless to say we were being RUSHED OUT THE DOOR! I have never had this happen, anywhere and it certainly won’t happen here again. If you want me to leave without eating, tell me ahead of time and I will go elsewhere.

This was my second time at this establishment, and I must say that I was appalled. Need I say that this was my second time because I truly enjoyed my first. Please do not go in as a single person and ask for a Hibachi order. First, I was sitting with a family that was not ordering from the grill and after 20 minutes, the servers finally noticed and asked the manager (I guess) to tell me to switch tables (note: the staff seats each party.
Secondly, the party they placed at the table with me (9)…was kind of hesitant to sit because I was just moved and had a weird look on my face. Then, I waited 30 more minutes for someone to finally come over and cook our food.
There were parties that came in after me, being cooked for or on their way out of the restaurant before my food was cooked. I spoke to the manager about my wait time being over an hour, and he asked me what I was drinking and brought back a Pepsi.
The best experience was the waiter trying to make amends. I truly did appreciate his actions and empathy. He has managerial qualities. Thank you, young man!!

1st time experience was lovely. My family of 11 went on a Friday night. Lively service. The hibachi entrees are HUGE and so filling. Definitely took home left overs. They have WIFI! Huge hibachi dining room as well as regular dining space.

We had a full table around the “hibachi” with close family. It was a last get together before my niece went back to Germany. We hadn’t seen her in 9 years since she moved over there.
Anyway, everyone was very nice and helpful. One of the employees even took pictures of us.
The chef we had was outstanding. He did the typical fire and other fun things and went along with us along him to do certain things.
Food was good and he did an amazing job at preparing so much at once and it not being over or under done.
They are pricey for the food you get, but it’s not just about the food. It’s the experience. Totally worth it. And most everyone had enough to take home for another meal.
That being said, to me, this is the kind of place you just go to for special occasions.
Also, each chef has their own personal “tricks” they do which makes it more fun.
I definitely recommend this place if you’re going in a group. It’s just not the same with just a couple or few people, at least how I perceived it. You just don’t get the same energy level.
