Probably one of the best sub shops in North America. Had the Italian beef — insanely juicy, loaded with spicy giardiniera. Il miglior panino, hands down, made by a vero italiano. Molto grazie!

I went to Serino’s Italian Deli for lunch. It’s a large deli that sells all of your Italian goods and they have a pretty extensive lunch menu. I went with the meatball sandwich and added mozzarella cheese. The fresh Turano bread did a great job of holding the sandwich together. There were 4 decent sized meatballs that were very tender and packed with flavor. The sauce was a good marinara sauce. An overall good place to drop by for a quality lunch.

This is a absolute Gem of a restaurant, old School Italian Deli, with pretty much all the food being to die for. In all of Chicago these Margarita pizza are my favorite and in my opinion the best in all of Chicagoland. Its a 40 minute trip for me to get here, that is how great I think it is. Service is the best, family owned and operated. Oh, and pricing, I don’t know how they keep the prices so reasonable, especially after the last few years of inflation. Don’t second guess stopping, you will love it, this place is amazing!

Serino’s Deli, is a place that will never disappoint. Food is always great. Service is always great. They have a very large selection of food from subs, beef, pizza, lunch meet, snacks, etc.. I have been coming here for years and never once a bad experience. Reasonable pricing on the food as well. Always packed around lunch time! The owner Elvio is an amazing hard working man. Eat here and enjoy!

Great deli, very reasonable prices. Fast and friendly service. It has a little market area for bulk purchases of meat like mortadella or olive oil. Seemed to have a good stream of customers coming in on a Saturday afternoon. My Reuben could have used some more thousand island, but I’ll ask for that next time we are here. We will be back.

Became for lunch and saw a full parking lot so we knew the place was going to be good. We got inside and there seem to be a lot of people waiting. Much to my surprise they flew through the line very quickly. They have 6+ staff members behind the counter making it happen. The prices are very economical and the food is extraordinary. Not what I expected from a place with a sign that said Deli. Highly recommended to everyone who can get a parking spot. The rush starts right around noon.
