Decent spot for a quick bite, but a bit of a mixed bag. The food was served warm, though the fries were unfortunately a little soggy.
This location has a PlayPlace, which is great for the kids, but it definitely needs some attention. It felt pretty grimy and dirty and could really use a deep cleaning.
However, the staff was wonderful! Our child’s Happy Meal came with a duplicate toy we already had, and they were nice enough to give us a different one for free. Super sweet gesture! Overall, a good McDonald’s with helpful service.

I mobile ordered two snackwraps, a mcchicken and got a large fry for free with rewards (& 2 honey mustards). We got our food bag and realized they didn’t put the fries in the bag. We went around a second time and the speaker told us we could just pull around. We got to the second window and the girl with blue hair looked confused when I had a bag in my hand. I told her that they forgot my fries, and she asked me back “we forgot your fries?” I just said yes because why would I lie when the bag is right in front of us. She didn’t say anything just turned and grabbed a half full Large fry, handed it over and shut the window. No apologies or acknowledgement. Plus a lovely aggravated face as I sat there and looked at the disappointment of fries in front of me 🙂 good thing they were FREE. Pictures attached for lack of quality control & expectation of what they’ll provide you for dinner service. It wasn’t busy at this time considering it was 6:30pm on a Monday.

Horrible service. Disrespectful employees, miss treating customers. Longer waiting times ever known for a fast food place. There are plenty other options for food in the area. I recommend a change of staff and for customers look for something better.

The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. They forgot our food in the door dash bag. We get it, mistakes happen. I called to make sure they can remake it. Started out kind, until the worker was incredibly disrespectful. Hung up on me while I was trying to ask if they still have the order. Called them back, she tried to be polite at first and then a flip switched and she was rude once again. My husband went and picked the food up, and said she was rude again! I understand bad days happen, but there’s no need to be nasty when it was your mess up. Rude!!

Ordered curbside. The employee who came out was rude, I had to go back inside and get dipping sauces for my nuggets. Plus this is one ofvtge few McDonald’s that is charging extra for pickles (.39 for 2 slices)

I ordered a small Carmel frappe with extra drizzle including nuggets. My frappe didn’t have extra caramel. I told the manager that I paid for extra carmel drizzle and she said look at the cup it’s extra drizzle. I was going to ask if I could have more, but she was very quick and responded rudely. I told her it doesn’t look like it and walked out. I could’ve given her the same negative energy and I chose not to be rude over the extra carmel. The carmel was in one spot on the cup.

Update on 11/10/2025:
The store customer service manager reached out to me Noveember 7, 2025 and apologized for the mistake. I would normally leave it therr, but since there has been no follow up about how they plan to fix the fact they essentially stole from me, granted it was 3 dollars, but if they do that every 4 or 5 customers a day, thats basically grand larceny. I’m finding myself increasingly frustrated each day.

Messed up my order. I ordered nuggets for my kid on the way home knowing thats what she would want, and a meal for myself. The fries were half full and cold and the nuggets were missing.
Didn’t get my receipt after paying therefore I didnt have the store number so I had to relay on Google. When I did call 5 times the phone just kept ringing and ringing.
Id avoid this location at all costs and just head somewhere else.
If you’re wondering I went to another mcdonalds to get nuggets. All while having a screaming crying kid in the vehicle because he didnt get his nuggets the first time around.

I placed an order through the app and went through the drive-thru for pickup. After giving my code, the staff member asked me to pull forward and then move to the collection window. The lady there seemed confused about my order and asked me to park in spot #3. I waited for over 20 minutes before deciding to walk inside to ask about my order only to find out it hadn’t even been made and had been skipped, even though they were serving customers who arrived after me.
To make matters worse, the beef patty in my burger was burnt adding to the frustration after already being made late for my appointment.

Please do not come here. They are rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. They mess up your order everytime. The manager on duty around 830 pm today needs to be fired as soon as possible. He came from behind the counter trying to escalate a simple situation with a simple solution. Utterly ridiculous behavior. There is no accountability.
