I was all in to have the full experience and I have to say, the catfish was pretty strong (oily/ fatty).Absolutely loved the ambience and the location. Our server was pretty absent during our visit, only to get our order and bring the food. Normally, that’s a good thing, but we had questions and needed refills. In the end, it’s worth a visit for the atmosphere. I may skip the catfish though.

Some of the best dang Northern Beans a guy could ever eat are served here. Along with white, flaky catfish battered and fried to a good crisp. The sweet potato fries had the taste of the frozen bagged variety but was still good. The building itself is absolutely huge and there is plenty of room for large groups or single diners such as myself. Service was very brief but thorough and the server herself was kind and courteous. Very “Southern Comfort” dining experience. The QR based menu at the desk kind of threw me off because if you were to order off it, it would have to be a To-Go order which basically defeats the purpose.

Had dinner on Saturday evening and it was busy. However, the wait wasn’t long at all considering. Server was very nice and patient. She explained menu options very well and the food was excellent. Would definitely recommend dinning at the Catfish House.

We came here for my birthday and had a great time. First time at The Catfish House. Catfish and sides were excellent. Atmosphere was relaxing and fun. The best part of our time here was our server. She helped us decide what to order and gave us great pointers on how to make the most of our dining experience. Ask for her if you want excellent service from someone with a great sense of customer service and a friendly personality. Her name is Haley…like the comet (that’s the way she helped us remember her name!) Definitely a 5 star experience from start to finish. We will definitely be back to try more dishes.

We got there at 7pm on a Thursday and it wasn’t crowded by then. When we drive by earlier in the day the parking lot is always crowded. Now I know why! We will definitely be back!

The food was absolutely phenomenal. Very delicious. I had the stuffed crabs & they were amazing. When you get there they give you beans, hush puppies, & coleslaw which are all absolutely AMAZING. the portions are huge & the pricing is good for the amount of food that you get! I can say that they are always busy, we’ve tried to go twice on the weekends & they always have a line out the door, I understand why now. We go there on a Tuesday around 4:15 (they open at 4:30) & waited in line, when they opened we were seated & given amazing customer service by our server, Skylar. She was extremely professional, kind, & answered any questions that we had & took care of anything we needed! We will definitely be back.

Very cool place. Not a vast variety, but you definitely get what you pay for and more. I would definitely recommend, and I would HIGHLY recommend getting there before they open too. It’s a busy spot and rightfully so. I’ll definitely be going back.

The food was great and they gave us way more than we could possibly eat! We’re kinda light eaters but still it was a lot of food. We probably had two more meals in the to-go boxes. The pictures are of what I had (popcorn shrimp, crab cakes, fried pickles) and after eating a good bit. We were expecting them to bring bread before the meal but instead they brought a bowl of pinto beans and hush puppies, and coleslaw. That alone was almost enough to fill us up! The onion rings were great. You can’t go wrong at the Catfish House.

Second visit to Catfish house I got there right at 4:30 when they opened on a Saturday and there was a line wrapped around the building. Even with the long line I was seated within 15 minutes; ordered and received my food within another 15 minutes or so. I got a combination with fried shrimp, catfish fillet and fries. The food was piping hot and delicious the only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the coleslaw which in my opinion is always a hit or miss.

Food was top notch though the waitress seemed like she would rather have been anywhere but serving us. Our appetizer was forgotten and then we kept having to ask for things that should have come with our food or for refills for our drinks. Atmosphere is nice and the fish tank is beautiful.
