Great Customer Service! When I receive my food it’s always hot and fresh. The employees are always nice and go above and beyond. My orders are always prepared correctly and I haven’t had to make any second trips which is good thing. They definitely deserve more than 5 stars!

Drive thru yesterday afternoon. Paid almost $15. Ordered a combo with a strawberry shake. Shake didnt taste good at all and the fries were not in the bag. This was for my wife. Very disappointing. I called the restaurant numerous times and no answer. Wife is upset.

Khia and Myra, the two employees that I interacted with on 22 Dec 2025 were fantastic. They went out of their way to help me with a Christmas present for my dad, who eats here many times a week. They made me feel like family the way they helped out and the customer service was fantastic. Love them so much! Thank you ladies!

Went to Hardee’s Monday morning 11/10/25 and ordered a smoked sausage egg and cheese biscuit with hash browns, no drink. My total was $6.6, I get to the window and the young boy had on black coat and a ski mask rolled up on top of his head reached his hand out the window never read my order to me or asked what i ordered he immediately put his hand out for my payment method i gave him my phone for ApplePay and he charged my card and immediately said “OOPS, I accidentally charged you for the person before you order, so hey drove off”. He never apologized after he made the mistake he proceeded to tell me he cancelled the payment and reiterated my correct total of $6.69. The money was taken off my card and the fact he didn’t apologize he just said he cancelled and asked me to pay again. I asked for a manager not because i was upset but because he just didn’t even care that he made a mistake he just said “OOPS” and asked me to pay again. Well he went to get the General Manager, and as she’s walking over to the window I can hear here loudly talking mess about how she’s not giving nobody no free food and asking him if he told me i needed to pay again because the money would be back on my card in 24hrs. She makes it to the window and looks at my total on the register and snatches the window open wi tbh an attitude and says “ that’ll be $6.69 ma’am, we never charged your card it didn’t go through for the other order so you need to pay for yours” She never apologized for the inconvenience or anything I was greeted with nothing but attitude and nastiness. So I told her My card was charged all I had was $7.98 On my ApplePay which was specifically for my breakfast that day, it wasn’t about me not being able to pay the issue came in when no one apologized and I was treated like it was my fault. I told her she don’t know what people have going on out here to treat them like they’re the problem is nasty and rude and what if that was my last dollar to get breakfast before i went to work, her response was “Well I’m not giving out no free food, so call your bank but the money should be back on your card within 24hrs”. I never asked her for free food she just assumed that that’s what I wanted After I saw how she was coming over to the window with a nasty attitude and talking mess I had already decided I no longer wanted to eat there because I was scared my food would be tampered with. I explained to her that I’ve been in customer service for over 14 years and i work in food also and the way i was treat I’d never do my customers like that. If I know my employee made a mistake I’d take accountability for it and try to make it right, she never did that she only made things much worse. I asked for corporate number and she flat out told me “Well don’t have no corporate” i said ok well either way you have a boss there’s always someone i can speak to above you she told me no there wasn’t and gave me the store number and told me if i call the store she will be the person i talk to. This was 1 of the worst experiences I’ve had since i moved to this area i will NEVER eat at this location ever again and i usually go to this location at least 2-3 times a week NEVER again! That lady doesn’t deserve to be a GM she needs to be a regular employee because that attitude she gave was very minimum wage. She treated me like everything was my fault and like I owed her something very rude. Her and majority of the staff there are incompetent and she’s treating the customers rudely because they make mistakes instead of apologizing and making it right and be done with it.

Myra the GM was very unprofessional in handling my issue. On 10/28 I ordered at sausage and egg biscuit . I got home and noticed there was no sausage on the sandwich. I called to the store to explain to them about the mistake. She didn’t offer an apology or say we can make this right by offering you a free sandwich for our mistake. She wouldn’t take any accountability forThe issue. The only way I could get a refund was for me to drive 20 mins back to the store to proof to them there was no meat on the bread.
I drove back across town and spoke w Myra/GM and she was very unprofessional and still didn’t offer any customer service. I got my refund and still had to purchase another sandwich which should’ve been on the house.
The Hardee’s location doesn’t have to worry about me ever again. I will continue to patronize Chickfila who values their customers .

I sat in this drive-through for 10 minutes waiting on two of the easiest things you could possibly make. A mushroom and Swiss burger and a chicken tender wrap why did it take 10 minutes to make those two things? I stopped for fast food on my way to work thinking I had time I had 15 minutes to get to work that is just down the road and it took almost that entire 15 minutes to get what should’ve taken 5.

Ray and his entire team were extremely busy yet made it seem like a breeze. Extremely friendly, fast, attentive, clean, sharp, attention to detail, and so much more! I was so impressed! I had better service at your Hardee’s than Longhorns a few weeks ago and I think that leadership should definitely recognize these hardworking jewels.
