Wasn’t expecting much customer service being this was McDonald’s but wow, zero greetings/smiles from any of the drive-thru employees plus they forgot a fry and zero apologies or even acknowledgment. Currently living in Germany and was back in West Cola visiting family, and I can say the McDonald’s employees in Germany are much friendlier than the employees at this West Cola location. So much for southern hospitality…

I don’t like to write bad reviews, but I gotta do it here. This is by far the worst run McDonalds that I have ever been to. Placed my order online this evening and pulled up for curbside pickup for what was supposed to be a 3-5 minute wait. 30 minutes later and nothing. After witnessing several other people leave with no food, and other people angry and honking in the drive thru not moving at all, I just went inside. Took another 5-10 minutes inside to flag somebody down to refund my money (since you can’t cancel an order in the app). I didn’t raise my voice or get nasty or anything just calmly asked for a refund, which they did. Absolutely no apology, or a sorry we are short staffed (they seemed to be very well staffed by the way), or any acknowledgement whatsoever. I don’t know why people keep going back to this place. I legitimately hope this McDonalds goes out of business. Guess the joke is on me for waiting so long.

This mcdonalds is always clean, customer service always nice. Order usually correct even in drive thru. Ordered sausage biscuits and hot cakes, cooked rights and fresh. Not a long wait.

Had a DoorDash order they left 1 meal completely out and nobody will answer the store phone. Edited to add that I did contact door dash and it in fact was not a door dasher issue. It was supposedly the store ran out of Gravy, instead of marking that in the system they chose to send my food without one whole order. Went to the store to figure this out

Worst customer service of all mcdonalds. 20 minutes of waiting and not a single acknowledgement. When I asked, hello? the response was wait like everyone else. Very rude and disrespectful. Other patrons waiting as well and not a single greet or acknowledgement of their needs. One customer asked for ice and the idiot just pushed passed her as she didn’t even exist. Also the whole restaurant smelled like dirty toilet water, so that’s 20 minutes of waiting in a bathroom! Felt like its being runned like a trailer park!

There was a double lane at this location, however, the wait was not exceedingly long. Our orders were properly taken and fulfilled. I missed the days when you could get 2 hash browns for $1! But, we still enjoyed our breakfast.

Sept.14th, 2025 (2:24pm) went through the drive thru and ordered some food. Asked for sauces. Was in the receipt. They forget the sauces so we try to go through the inside and find out the inside is locked with customers still inside. My wife tries to get their attention to let her in but a customer was nice enough to do so. As soon as my wife stepped in to explain she didn’t get her sauces she was met by an older white woman in a purple shirt yelling at my wife to get out and go back through the drive through and that she did not care about what was on the receipt. Another employee had to step in and yell at this woman explanining that my wife just didn’t receive her sauces and she had already went through the drive through. So we get our sauces, head home and figure why not call about this unhinged lady who is so clearly upset in the chapter of life she’s in and make a complaint. We call back to get her name and again she starts yelling telling my wife she needs God in her life and she will not give her name. We will be contacting corporate in regards to this matter of store #10596
