Waffle house is good but these staff suck. We were denied dine in and told it was takeout only, then watched them seat another customer minutes later. When confronted, the lady stuttered and claimed it was “a joke.” Charging us that 20% takeout fee was definitely a good joke. Very funny.

I placed it to go order online because they’re no longer taking walk-in orders in the restaurant which is fine with me. But when I got my order and got home and proceeded to eat, there was a long strand of black hair with the eggs attached to it. Mind you I ordered the steak and eggs with hash brown and raisin toast. Call the restaurant, wasn’t able to get anyone on the phone because you get a recording telling you that if you’re calling to place a to go order, please order online. So there was no way for me to speak to someone personally about me finding a long strand of black hair in my scrambled eggs.! I wish there was some kind of way. I can attach a picture and a video of the hair that I found in my food. OK so I was able to post the picture, but you would just see me holding the strand of hair and then the eggs are just dangling from it

As Waffle House goes this one which I frequent was standard. Had the joint to ourselves so there was no wait. Friendly staff there. Good place to grab a quick bite.

A hidden gem. Very quiet and peaceful at this one. It’s set off from the road and doesn’t get much traffic. Enjoyed excellent service and plenty of refills since I was one of only a couple of patrons.

I very rarely leave post but this all the staff at the 3810 25th Ave, Gulfport, MS 39501 location on 5/5/25 are hands down the best i’ve ever seen. I travel for work the whole state of MS & FL and never had such a great experience. I was greeted with smiles and a welcome in. They were slammed busy and i sat and watched staff work as a team the cook was very polite and organized. I will be saving this location on my phone when in the area.
Again i watched the cook constantly wash hands and change glove not easy when working on 10 orders at once.
Highly recommend upper management take great care of these employees they are impossible to come by more so these days.

The service was Phenomenal. The food was great. The restaurant had a very clean and nice atmosphere. The server was very nice my only problem was my bacon looked old. I had it returned and just did sausage. Thank you Waffle House.

The guys on week night shift got it goin on. The food cooked perfect. Very nice and professional service. Well packed to go order and extremely beat n clean place inside and out. I was once a former Waffle House employee. I know at times your job can become overwhelming. Keep up the good work and I wish you good luck in advancement in the near future.
