I have to be honest, we weren’t big fans about Panda Express, but that has changed. We’ve tried them a couple more times and now the food is better, the portions are larger. Their prices are also very reasonable. Tonight we got a lot of food for only $30 for two people! The staff was very friendly and the restraunt was very clean. Now we’re looking forward to our next visit. I must add that when we weren’t impressed was at other locations, but the Sevierville location is awesome! I give them an A+

Went through drive through last evening after work. Ordered mushroom chicken and the Teriaki chicken. Drove home 25 minutes opened box and had just 3 strips of chicken and sides… no second entree. Went in today to just get my mushroom chicken I paid for expecting a fight. Nope manager was very nice and made it right! Mistakes are made but when they are corrected THAT makes a place great! Thanks

John rose and Zackary maclellan… are Writing this review based on just getting home.. after I picked up my food. I needed some drinks at Casey’s gas station so I would say 30 minutes after pick up. Being a local I always know my favorite spots to go to… I love panda. I always go here. My apartment is nearby… I was in drive through for a few extra minutes.. getting an order for three which of course not a big deal… especially if it’s a double order of certain chicken with a few sides… I get it.. it’s Friday.. as long as there working to prepare it, it doesn’t matter to me.l.. especially when you are polite.
I got home. And opened my food… and this is literally DISGUSTING. The fact a bite of my food was taken, I have never had this happen here. This is truly so disgusting.
The health department needs to come over there at this point, I have always been a respectful customer.. but this is a first. Threw it straight in the trash. Photos provided.
Will be contacting corporate and the health department… this is truly gross and will never be back again. Hope it was worth it

I ordered about $30 worth of food and ordered the orange chicken, but I ended up getting sesame chicken instead. I also asked for extra sweet and sour and received 3 extra packs for a large order of the ragoons. I’m pretty disappointed especially with paying so much to just have a meal after work.

This was a good, quick meal for dinner. We ended up on vacation during Tennessee Fall break so wait times were an hour or more at most restaurants. The Panda Express was clean, lots of hot choices and friendly staff.

Everything was fairly ok. First Panda I’ve been to and couldn’t sample anything. Server Juan G stated “they don’t do that here anymore.” Had to wait for the String Bean Chicken Breast because they didn’t have anymore but it was worth the wait. Server Juan G brought it to the table Fresh and Hot!! Staff was attentive to our needs as guest. Establishment was clean. Staff could be a little more welcoming!
