Lexanne is the server you want; handled multiple two tops with ease, and is genuinely nice. Food; so-so, Creole flatbread was spicy, but lacked flavor. My opinion was that the balance of ingredients was off; heavy on peppers and sauce, light on cheese and Andouille. Salads were only your average garden variety, up two notches up from OG., yet expensive for as they were. Don’t count this place totally out; I did see a couple great looking burgers come out from the kitchen. We were traveling through and our meals together cost $32, so can’t complain too much by today’s pricing for a sit down. Speaking of: get a chair, the booths were broken down. This is as fair as I can be.

OMGoodness! This was the best food I’ve had in a long time. First, our service was great, friendly, helpful and fun. We ordered the Chicken Marsala with garlic mashed potatoes and it was sooo good, tender with lots of flavor. The potato bacon soup was a first for us but not the last. Yummy! The biscuit was hot and soft. For dessert we ordered the chocolate cake and it was decadent. We went out for Valentine’s Day. Everything here was excellent.

A great local restaurant serving up very eclectic cuisine. The ahhi tuna appetizer is a meal in itself. They even make fresh wantons. Pretty unusual considering that they are an Italian restaurant. The service is equally great. We ate dinner there while passing through to the Tampa Bay area. Was so impressed that we scheduled our return trip so we could eat lunch there.

We chose this restaurant as a halfway meeting point for a birthday celebration and it was well worth the drive! We drove 2 hours and would make this trip again! The service was above and beyond. The hostess was so friendly and our waitress treated us so well! The food was amazing, the portions were a great size, everyone had leftovers, and the prices were outstanding! I highly recommend you stop here and try the food!

We chanced upon Mama’s on our way to Tallahassee!! We were celebrating Valentine’s Day ofcourse and a coincidental birthday. Mama’s and team made the birthday special and we love that Thank you Mama’s Italian Restaurant!!
We enjoyed all the dishes we ordered and the amazing moist chocolate cake was the talk for the rest of the weekend!! Delicious
The veggie flatbread, penne in pink sauce with sausage, shrimp scampi, chicken sandwich and the meatballs were delectable!! The complimentary garlic bread sticks were great too! The chocolate cake stole the show!!
A special shout out to Jess for her wonderful & memorable service! Delightful conversations and giggles throughout the time we spent at the restaurant! Everyone at the restaurant had a smile on their faces and were ready to help!

I’ve worked in Perry numerous times and missed this place every time. It’s very unassuming from the outside and even the inside, but the food and the atmosphere is second to none. Between Gina the owner and Jess the server my coworker and I had an amazing experience. The food was absolutely perfect. The first night I had the chicken sandwich and the second night I had the lasagna. There isn’t anything that was lacking. For Gina’s sake, I’m gonna say the bar should be extended around the corner and have at least one TV added to the bar, but there’s really nothing to complain about.

The Atmosphere is dark, felt very boxed in, server was barely around, the food came out fairly quick, but regretted coming once we started eating, the baked ziti on the menu says tomato sauce, came out with meat sauce that was super greasy, with no flavor, the chicken parm was super greasy as well, no seasoning, and the sauce tasted very metallic, the mozzarella was bagged and half melted, chicken itself was bland, burnt and dry, also ordered chicken wings and a pizza, the chicken wings barely had any sauce on them and were so dry,you would have better luck chewing on leather, the pizza was a to go item, but was so small for the “full size” and looked burnt on the toppings and under cooked in the crust,i got 2 blue moon, in bottle beers and both were skunky, this might be “mama’s Italian restaurant” but “mama” does all her shopping at the dollar store and cooks like shes mad at the community, for the price vs. quality of food,ide definitely go literally anywhere else

I had a good meal here today. I haven’t been here in a while as our last few meals here were not as good as we had hoped. However, today was good. I ordered the ribeye, medium, with roasted red skin potatoes and mixed veggies. The steak was not the best cut I’ve ever had. Parts of it had lots of connective tissues, making it difficult to eat. But with that cut away, the rest was very good and cooked perfectly. The potatoes and veggies were really good as well. I will be going back to try some of the more traditional Italian fare again and see if it has improved.

What a cute place. The food was spectacular. The waitress was friendly, prompt, attentive and adorable! We would return often if we lived closer. Definitely a must eat for Perry!
