Some Braum’s restaurants will tell you they can’t make a shake a certain way but when you can find a Braum’s with staff that will listen to your order it is a true Oklahoma experience.
Then you know and they know they can make it and it’s perfect when they do! Thank you all for letting us order what was needed.

Usually a 5 star experience however when I came this time my meal took a bit longer to prep. I was told they were making new patties but when the burger came out the patties were soaked with grease, the onions were cut from end pieces, the burger was falling apart, and the bottom bun was soggy and flattened. Please do better next time.

This isn’t just at this store, it is company wide! Why is it that when I order a shake, the bottom HALF is nothing but hard ice cream? Does Braums not train their employees well enough to mix up the entire cup for a shake or malt? Is it that you actually train them to only mix up the top half so that they are faster and get the customer out of the drive thru? Every Braums I go to all over Oklahoma fails at making shakes so horribly! Do better, train your employees and Managers better! Braums is a staple in Oklahoma and its falling down hill so fast that it’s really not amazing that Dairy Queen is making a comeback!!!!

I paid my money and they messed me over! My money still haven’t came back on my card and they didn’t give me my other French fry didn’t come with my meal and it was supposed to and this lady had an attitude. If I knew her name I will report her she talking bout so you have to come in and retrieve your other fry we don’t bring it out to you while y’all busy making mistakes CONSTANTLY you suppose to bring my stuff out to me! It is not BUSY Yall kept my money I didn’t get my ice cream Yall kept messing up my order! TWICE & how YOU GONNA HANG UP ON ME WHEN I WAS TRYING TO EXPLAIN THATS BAD RESTAURANT BUSINESS!

Braum’s food is always very good and fresh, this Braum’s in particular was just weird to navigate. Small hallway leading to single restroom for the many people to funnel down to use, and the lines were confusing for food/ novelties/ groceries. Saw lots of people trying to figure out the order line process. It WAS a busy holiday traveling day, but for a Braum’s on a busy highway, it isn’t very well thought out for a higher volume traffic stop to eat and relax

Nothing special but nothing bad either. I mean great milk, ice cream and egg nog. The service is always nice but at times can take a bit. The food side is good but could be great if all the food came out a lil quicker & all of it was hot & fresh. Usually one is & the other isn’t. Like the burger will be hot & the fries barely warm or vice versa.
