We ordered a smokehouse brisket sandwich (the first picture) and a chicken cordon bleu sandwich ( second picture). This food wasn’t even edible. Waited 15mins for this food at the drive thru. This food is Expensive and it is trash.

Treasure Hunting With Jebus
Have to say, we just finished traveling across the United States from Virginia to California and up into Canada, and this place was the absolute worst service we experienced in the whole 2+ month trip. We ordered a melt and a burger, after waiting 15 minutes, we go to see what’s going on, and they said they’re out of burger patties. Thanks for telling us before we order, or letting us know while we were waiting with our two year old. Now it’s been close to half an hour, and we’re still waiting on the melts. Could have crawled to the Walmart, bought the ongredients while blindfolded quicker than this place can make it. If you’re stopping in thos area for food, check one of the dumpsters in the parking lot. Guaranteed to be a better experience than this joke of a location.

Purchased a fish sandwich and the bread wasn’t just burnt, it was so burned it was black inside. If someone is willing to look at that sandwich and give it to a customer anyway, they just don’t care. I took it back and they prepared another sandwich. 2/28/25

Arby’s used to be a great place to eat. Quick service, fresh meals, and great staff. However, when my family and I stopped in yesterday, it was anything but. We entered the restaurant and stood in line. Nobody acknowledged that we were there. They didn’t even look in our direction. We waited and waited, the line just got longer, still no acknowledgement. Finally, we just got off the line. Started to leave. But then they started taking orders. I placed my order. No receipt. I went back to ask for a receipt and the cashier didn’t offer to print one. I told her I wanted it just to show when I pick up my order, that I had paid. I don’t quite understand if it is just a very young front line who needs extra training or if they figure if they ignore customers for a bit, they don’t have to deal with lunchtime crowd pressure. From experience working in fast food and other customer-facing positions, one can simply say, “We’re getting backed up. We apologize and we will be with you as soon as possible.” Customers can then decide to either be patient (as we did) or simply choose another place to eat. But please don’t just ignore people. That simple statement goes a long way!

Food much better this go ’round. French dip was fresh and fantastic. Gyro bread was a little tough, but the filling was good.

Recently visited the Arbys on east Atlantic in South Hill. I feel there’s room for improvement regarding food wuality. The roast beef I received was unusually dry, and unfortunately, it wasn’t as warm as I would have preferred. The bun had a chewier texture than expected also. Additionally, my curly fries were cold. Customer experience could be enhanced.. when I spoke to the employee, my concerns were not adequately addressed. The receipt I received was unfortunately greasy and difficult to read. The employee said they couldn’t print me another receipt I’d have to wait for the manager and they didn’t know how long it’d be. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving the overall custoemr experience

Every time I buy food at the drive thru here (3×), the food isn’t cooked or is stone cold when it should be hot. I also get zero verbal recognition, greeting or eye contact at the window. It is the strangest thing I’ve ever experienced. Of course I won’t eat here ever again.

Very rude. I stood at the register for a sold 5-6 mins and the girl behind the counter decided to open 5 bags and not say anything to me. No greeting. Didn’t ask what I wanted to order. So I asked- are you just not you going to take me order. She says …oh sorry. SORRY!! So I was just going to be ignored. I walked out. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

So I tried this Arby’s again. Dumbest decision I’ve ever done. Order a beef and cheddar with curly fries and a mellow a yellow. I got 3 chicken tenders and 2 hash browns with a mellow yellow. I was the only car in the drive-through. It took 20 mins to get my food just for me to drive off and have the wrong meal. I would rather pick through a dumpster for food than ever go back to this place.
