The manager was absolutely rude and was not accommodating after messing up our order. She was giving us an attitude as soon as we ordered and was not helpful. Thankfully another employee looked out for us, but she/they was not helpful in the slightest. This was my first time in Miami and I am not coming back.

This McDonalds deserves an olympic gold medal. They run the meanest cleanest assembly I’ve ever seen. Manager calling out plays like they just got out from a huddle. Place was super packed during lunch and I only waited 6 minutes. With all those people there they still asked me if there was anything else I needed with my order

I went to Mcdonals on 15096 Nw 7th Miami fl 33168 on 08/11/2024 I order food for my children, the food in question a PLAIN mcdouble . I didn’t it plain at all , in the drive thru I check my food there and let the Nasty attitude lady that my order was wrong and she treated us like we were homeless, super rude told us she couldn’t remake the food and if I wanted a new burger to go around the line again and PAID again for my food , this is Unacceptable!!!! And not the right way to treat a customer when it wasn’t my fault, my receipt says PLAIN , it was their mistake ! Then she treated me to call the cops if I didn’t move from the line !!! End of story I had to throw in the trash the food I paid for and go somewhere else to get new food ! I hope the right attention is given, I have it all in video and I’m planing to take LEGAL Action!

This McDonald’s used to be a good restaurant. They’ve gone downhill recently. My past few orders I’ve gotten from there all have had something missing or completely wrong. I ordered a McGriddle and I get home and there’s a McMuffin in my bag. I guess the CUSTOMER has to make sure the employees are doing their job correctly. I placed an order for drive through pick up and the drive through is blocked with carts from McDonald’s. Had to go inside. I’ve had one too many bad experiences here. Will not be returning.

I stopped by this McDonald’s for breakfast, and it was a frustrating experience. The service was slow even though it wasn’t that busy, and the staff seemed unorganized. My order wasn’t made correctly, and when I asked about it, the response was rude instead of helpful. On top of that, they charged me extra just to get sauce — which is ridiculous on a breakfast order. The food wasn’t fresh: my hash browns were cold and greasy, and the sandwich looked like it had been sitting there for a while. To make things worse, my orange juice tasted like watered-down juice instead of fresh. The dining area also wasn’t clean, with tables left dirty for too long.

Terrible the fries were extremely salty and cold I could not eat mine and my kid couldn’t eat his either…messed with my blood pressure never again will I go to this location…. Somebody has a heavy hand with the salt it was a(mobile order)
