Don’t bother ordering curb side and checking in, they will not bring food to your vehicle and instead just place it in the door dash section letting it get ice cold. Can’t follow simple instructions. Fries didn’t include extra seasoning as requested in the app. The salad was selected to have no tomatoes and yet again covered in tomatoes. Worst location I’ve ever been to.

RACIST!!!!!!! They really don’t deserve no stars but they messed my order up last night didn’t notice until I got home but I returned back to get help with my order but instead of opening the door they got a random black kid to pretend to be the manager. The kid was respectful he told me to come back the next day because they were closing. I went back up there but I called looking for the individual they said was the manager but when I called they said he wasn’t the manager and told me to describe how he looked I said he was a black man with a short Afro the entire staff laughed on the phone and said “we don’t have any of those type of PEOPLE here”. She later transfer me to another black man who didn’t sound like the last guy I talk to but he was also respectful but the moral of the story is DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION the didn’t put seasoning on my fries and I get the feeling that for black people their not For.Us.By.Us and I’m currently in line writing this long review with enough time to edit and proof read this because they can’t get people in the drive through in and out quick enough thank you for reading this and this was a great 8 boneless combo. They made me a remake but CARL PONDER WAS REAL HELPFUL OFFERED ME COOKIES AND A DRINK HE IS THE ONLY REASON ILL BE BACK THANK HIM HE MADE ME KEEP MY COOL

Employee Jade at the front counter on Sunday March 1st at 303pm was phenomenal servicing my order and informing me of menu items. She is pleasant to speak with, she is kind and the way she prepared my order was well situated and organized. However, the kitchen staff preparing food, several times sent out incorrect items in the window causing a delay for orders going out.

Absolutely love Zaxby’s! The chicken is always hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned, and those Zax Sauce cups are basically liquid gold. The tenders are juicy, the wings are flavorful, and the fries are crispy every single time. Service is quick and friendly, even when they’re slammed, and the restaurant is always clean. Whether it’s a quick lunch, late-night craving, or comfort food kind of day, Zaxby’s never misses. Consistently delicious and totally worth it!

I just had to leave a review for Dez. She had amazing customer service. My husband and I pulled up from getting our order through the drive thru and she stopped and asked us if she could help us and we told her our order wasn’t correct and she took it back inside and corrected the order. She was absolutely amazing because she saved us from having to go back into the store. We just want her and management to know we truly appreciate her remarkable service. That really goes a long way!!!

This Zaxby’s is by far THE BEST! I eat at Zaxby’s all over locally & when I travel and Cason runs a top notch store! His employees are polite, the food is fresh and delicious and the store is always clean. Our 4-H group eats here often and we have always had a positive experience!

None of the soda in the lobby drink machine worked, and there was a huge puddle of water coming from it that took them at least 10-15 minutes into us being there to even put up a wet floor sign. When they attempted to get the water up, they just spread it from the lid and napkin counter down the hall towards the bathrooms and the right side door. No one seemed to be interested in the quality and cleanliness of the dining room or the care of the customers.

This is what I got for $15. No drink, just an ice water. Didn’t even get my order right, I asked for no coleslaw. Never have I gotten such a pitiful amount of food for $15. Took them 30 minutes to serve like four cars as well. Super disappointing…

This Zaxby is amazing. My grandson is autistic and he loves the grill cheese kids meal. We eat it there almost everyday and they never disappoint!! The people are always friendly and courteous. If you haven’t tried them you should in my opinion!!

I placed an order thru the app, mostly because of the deals available were only available on the app and I like to be able to see everything written out so I dont forget something.
I ordered and proceeded to get in the drive thru at 6:11pm, letting the drive thru attendant know we were there at around 6:17. It was a long line, but it moved really fast considering. As soon as we got to the window we were asked to pull forward to the 1st parking spot to wait for our food. 35 min later we had witnessed roughly 20 cars and an entire parking lot clear out from dine in and drive thru and still no food. We went back to the window and the same girl who told us to pull up opened the window and asked what she could do for us. We pointed to where she told us to park and said weve been waiting for nearly 40 minutes. She just yells out “oh!!!” And bolts to get our melted milkshake and cold food trying to hand it to us. $40 worth of food just sitting there and its halloween night where we were trying to get home eat and get ready for trick-or-treaters. Definitely a horrible experience and I could not believe they really tried to hand us nearly hour old food. 6 minutes later, they had food ready.. but im so irritated I dont even want it
