I had not ordered food at the time I was door dashing. I had a friend with me who was running in and out of the restaurants and taking the food to the houses while I Drove. After several minutes of her being inside, waiting on the order, I see her walking towards the car with a large bag of food in one hand and three large drinks in a cupholder in the other hand. There were also two store employees taking a smoke break right outside of the entrance door, who stood there while she struggled to balance all of this order and get the doors open for herself. I was literally shocked. I really wish I had had more time to go back and confront these two and have there been a way of contacting Management on their website I would have just done that. I don’t know who these two were but I would know I would never go eat at this restaurant knowing that they employed people like that.

May be the nastiest shit I’ve ever ate. You can get better food from the Walmart frozen section. Who ever is running this place deserves to be fired twice. I can feel the food poisoning setting in as a type. I know Taco Bell is what it is but avoid this location at all costs.

I ordered on 3/1/24 $18.00 worth of food and found plastic in 3 of the tacos and the burrito. I called taco bell and the manager apologized and re made the order. I wanted no lettuce in my tacos and I also found long blonde hair in my food that was remade. My wife did a separate order and had hair in her food. They could have me the order right they decided to take it personal. The remade food was done on 3/2/2024. They also looked mad about the complaint and took it personal.

Went to this location and ordered the supreme luxe box. They told me it was an online order only. Online was $6.99. She rang up the items a la carte and it was almost $15. She messed up on the rest of our order. Got to window. I questioned everything on my order, including the cost. They told me it was an online only order. I left without food. I drive next door to KFC to look up and find a sign advertising the exact box I asked for.
This place was successful in cheating me out of money on an online order a couple years ago. This time they tried to overcharge me and it didn’t work. Maybe we shouldn’t hire managers that are barely old enough to see over the counter.

SHUT IT DOWN!!!! Board it up and shut it down. Worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. Horrible customer service foods always cold and gross. Never a line but still somehow they messed up your order. Not even worth trying to call and make right. This happens at this location far too often. Save your money and go to another Taco Bell. You’ll thank me later.

Forgot my Taco Sauce even though it was listed on receipt. I only eat it twice a year, oh well.

The lady working there seems like she’s miserable and hates her job, made me feel awkward. 4 drinks, no drink holder, and didn’t give me any sauce after asking me twice.. It wasn’t busy, just lack of care and effort. Very bad, will not visit again
