Got the 5 rolled taquitos supreme. It had lettuce and meat. Nothing else. I called the store to have them list what was supposed to be on there and she heard me just fine and listed everything off but when I started to explain why I was upset she kept saying “what?! I can’t hear you” then hung up. I took the food in there and told them it’s not fair that I paid over $11 for my meal for it to not have the extras like it was supposed to then fixed it. I asked for a little bit of likes and she went with the moldy disgusting ones. The los Beto’s on Garrity blvd is 10000% better, they care about the customers they serve and aren’t irritated about simple questions. Why is this one even still open?

Can’t leave cero on this but honestly the lady was rude when I asked about the food I order a carnitas taco and a beef burrito but I got lots of pico de gallo on the taco and nothing but potatoe on the burrito I was able to work with the taco but burrito was just a waste of money. Come visit H town TEXAS when you can to try our food. YOU WON’T REGRET IT.

I absolutely love the food here but the hours of operation are a joke. Don’t bother trying to get food in the 1st hour or 2 of either opening or closing times, I have to because of my work hours. Their main signs says it’s a 24 hrs operation. Their online Google hours of operation say 630am – 230am. Then they have a handwritten sign saying 6am – 2am. Last week I tried to get food after work at 615am, closed. Next day I tried at 645am, closed. 2 days ago I tried to get food at 1am, closed. I just tried at 140 am, the girl working the register had shut off all the lights, placed the cans in the window and was closing the til. I would love to buy your product…if you were actually open when you say you will be.

This place must have new owners! My husband ordered food there on the second of December the next day I felt like I had food poisoning. I had to go to the ER yesterday the 5th because I wasnt getting any better. I was diagnosed with Gastroenteritis. That’s super gross. It’s more than likely from them not washing their hands after using the bathroom. It’s sad that I have to leave a star in order to leave a review. Disgusting place!!!

This place can use some help in the customer service department. Food is okay, a lot better when your drunk and have no other choice. I was first introduced to Los Betos in Boise, but the further I stray away from my first love the more terrible the food and service get. I will update my review once this place gets updated.
