I love ❤️ this Arby’s no complaints Tara at drive through was great and no issue at all my favorite Arby’s to go to. The last time I was there the girl was so sweet and polite they like there jobs the whole team is good. I just know I like this Arby’s the best. Food is hot never had mistakes at this store.

I ordered fish sandwich meal with curly fries and a extra side of potato cakes around 830 and guess what… everything is cold and old like its just been sitting there didn’t even try to warm it up. I paid 15 dollars and change for some bs.

Today it took over 10 minutes to get our order. It was good, just took a while. I like that you can get a side of cheese for your fries. Our total ended up being over $28. Seems like a lot for fast food.

I went to Arby’s on my lunch break for something quick. I ordered without any issues. When I pull up to the window to pay, the employee said my sandwich would be over $28.00. I told her I only ordered a number one and it shouldn’t cost that much. She apologized and still grabbed my card and said it was the wrong order. She hands me the food and drinks and I drive away. When I parked to eat, I open the food from it’s wrapper on my lap. I tried to grab a sip of my drink but the lid wasn’t placed on my cup all the way. It popped open spilling sweet tea all over my clothes, the inside of car’s center console, my seat, and floor, and all over my food. Now I have to go back to work with wet clothes, a sticky car, and no food. I understand they are in a rush but can they please take the time to make sure they are doing things correctly?

My Mom and came in to eat at 10 Saturday morning, every single booth table was dirty, I’m assuming from the night before, because only two people came in while we were there. No au jus with the french dip,fries cold. When I went back up,the lady at the counter was like,more fries,long before I got there, like she knew she was trying to get away with something, brought them back and said “And these are hot too,I know,I made them” in smart mouthed tone of voice. Had to ask for the au jus twice,luke warm, sandwich luke warm, but I was done. Not the first bad experience here, just the worst. Any other Arby’s is better.

For a fast food restaurant is exceptionally clean and roomy. You don’t feel cramped like most of them. I think they could use some electronic ordering kiosks to speed up the process. Employees are nice and extremely helpful, especially Kimberly.

Manager named Jacob was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Had an attitude with me the entire time and was very demanding. I asked for my total and if he put in the coupons and he snarked back demanding “I NEED THE CASH”, without giving me the total due or answering my question. When I was leaving, Jacob stuck his head out of the window and yelled “YOU’RE WELCOME”! The food quality was awful. Fries were stale, nuggets were hard as a rock, Dr Pepper was flat and watery and burgers weren’t cooked properly and we’re red on the inside. Jacob stuck his ungloved and dirty fingers in the strawberry lemonade as well before putting the lid on it and handing it out the drive thru window to me.

We went in the middle of the afternoon, so not a peak time. In fact, we were just about the only people in the restaurant. The fries were cold, but the restaurant employees quickly made it right, and cooked up some fresh ones for us.
