Not a huge fan of paying before you get your food but they do have good food. Took a little while for them to get to our table and get our salad plates. But their salad bar was amazing. And they’ve got the good mickey d’s kind of ice cream. And prices were very reasonable. $40 for 2 people and both of us got surf and turf w/ salad bar.

Went and got sirloin tips with green beans and Texas toast and add on bottomless salad bar for $6.99.. my husband got double sirloin tips baked potato and Texas toast and bottomless salad bar. After already PAYING, we get to our table and our waitress is reading our ticket and we’re missing a salad bar. She says no big deal they made a mistake and brings us the plate. Later on brings a ticket for $7 and some change we owe for salad bar that we were under the impression we already paid for. We ask for manager and the manager “TY” comes out. EXTREMELY rude first of all.. just stands there like he has no idea ab what happened.. we explain and he stands there like waiting for us to say more???? Then proceeds to say if we don’t pay we’re stealing and that he can’t help they mad a mistake and we’d never be welcomed back. MIND YOU EXTREMELY RUDE. (and tried making our waitress come out and tell us ab how we’d have to pay extra etc.) LAZY! We ended up paying the extra $7 that we thought we already paid.. total for 2 of us coming to $63 total including the tip… now mind you had we went ANYWHERE else (Texas Roadhouse, longhorns, outback, Applebees ANYWHERE) they would have admitted to the mistake and not made such a big deal over $7 and some change. I don’t appreciate the way “TY” handled the situation and called my husband and I “Thieves” since we paid were alllowed to come back but I will never go back after how I was spoken to! Absolutely HORRIBLE!! Oh and my husband was holing our 4 month old while all this happened :)) TY I hope you have the day you deserve!!

I had such a great experience at Western Sizzlin. First off, the salad bar was honestly one of the best I’ve had in a long time, everything was fresh, well stocked, and actually had flavor. I could’ve made a whole meal out of just that.
Then came the steak and shrimp. The steak was seasoned perfectly and cooked exactly the way I asked— super tender and full of flavor. The shrimp was just as good, cooked enough, not rubbery at all. You can tell whoever’s back there on the grill knows what they’re doing.
On top of the great food, our waitress was amazing. She was friendly, checked on us often without hovering and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. Good service makes such a big difference and she really made the meal even better.
Overall, 5 stars all the way. Great food, great service, and a really enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Employee behind the front counter didn’t ring up 1 out of 2 bottomless salad bars. Did not realize until our waitress read us off what we ordered. We told her the mistake, she went and told the manager and he came to us and said “what’s the deal”. We told him we paid for what we thought we told the lady behind the counter which was already $63 for 2 people with tip. That I wasn’t paying it, he called my wife and I thieves and to never come back. Mangers name was Ty. I worked at this restaurant 10 years ago. This was my first time going back since. Will never be going back, if it was any other restaurant in the area they would’ve apologized for the misunderstanding and wrote it off. Not Mr. Ty.

The value for the money is amazing. $5.99 lunch! Wow! You get chopped steak, texas toast and 1 side. You can get one trip salad bar as the side! We got that, plus another lunch with a baked potato as a side , which you can load up with whatever you want from the salad bar! You can’t eat that well anywhere else for the price

Servers were great.. the place was quiet and the ice cream was good… food was somewhat bland/dry. The meals are over priced for the lack of flavor, size and overall quality. If you decide to get the buffet it’s another 6-7 dollars. The buffet is mainly condiments, and salad items. Wings and pulled pork from the mini bar looked dry and old. The home fries are just cubed potatoes maybe seasoned with salt and slightly cooked. The cheeseburger is like a gas station cheeseburger. Would go one time for your own experience but you’ll see for yourself it’s not worth a second time.

Waitress was very nice. Salad bar had a good variety but needed to be cleaner. As far as the hot buffet, poor variety for the cost. $19.99 Only meat was chicken wings. Overall I was very disappointed.

Probably the worst steak I’ve ever had in my life. I’m not sure that it was actual beef from a cow. No flavor. Was excited for the Texas toast at least because it appeared to be delicious but somehow tasted like nothing. Chicken wings were stringy, slimy, almost inedible. My daughter’s French fries were the best thing I tried. Overall it’s extremely low quality. The workers were so friendly though!

When we entered the restaurant we weren’t greeted, I looked at the young woman and said there are 2 of us. To which she mumbled something, I had to ask her to repeat herself two more times before I understood her. She said we needed to place our order right here. I said alright I didn’t know I haven’t been here for a long time. She didn’t offer us the special for the day or try to upsale anything. We ordered paid and sat down. When our food arrived , my steak was overcooked, and my husband’s was under seasoned. I hate overcooked steak, the waitress brought me another steak cooked perfectly, but half the size of my ordered size! Wow! We will not be back. A manager never appeared to check on us or ask if the 2nd steak was better. Pictures below for proof of steak size difference. The steak with the pink was the 2nd steak as I moved my potato on the plate with the new one.
