Pretty good place in Hiram, great for meet ups and to watch football. The food is pretty good and the place is clean plus the employees are patient and nice with good service, the Strawberry lemonade is amazing and the people who eat here are all friendly would definitely recommend if your in the mood for good wings

My sister and I went here on 3/07/2025? It was around 3:00pm there was a sign that says seat yourself there was two young ladies sitting at the first booth and we was trying to decide if we wanted to sit at a table or the booth. My sister and I are some thick girls and when my sister sit down, it got quiet and one of the young lady said something and the waitress that was standing there she saying uh-huh, but she making faces at the same time until she noticed me watching her. She walks off and then she comes back. with a cup in her hand, the waitress starts back talking to the lady sitting at the table. She was waiting on, so I asked My Sister what just happened because I got so quiet and my sister say I really don’t give a shit. The young lady said something and another young lady came over. Took our order very sweet nice lady. we were waiting for our food and when the food comes, I find a piece of hair in my wings not one piece but two piece of hair so she take the food back and bring out some more. I asked her what was the young lady name? Serving at the front booth and she asked what happened so I explained to her and she got a manager. The manager comes over. She already has an attitude. And she starts saying if you didn’t hear what they were saying I can’t help you and I said ma’am, we didn’t ask you for no help so she proceeded to go out what I’m saying is I don’t know what they were saying. I don’t know what was saying so you don’t know what was saying they was talking about my sister in her weight in your waiter standing there joining in at this time, the manager walks away and comes back and say to us I don’t want you to leave here feeling any kind of way I talk with my waiter and she say they was talking about a racist movie and she thought that I heard what they say and that’s why she looked the way she look and walked off lady. You just added injury to the insult I also mentioned to the manager about Hair being in the sauce on the wings. She gave me a look like she did not care get up from the table and walk away. I would not be back there. I would never go there again and yes, I did. I paid for the food, but I also gave it to a homeless person. Somebody ate it. because I did not want it.

Sunday Football ! A mixed crowd of Fans and after Church people with kids. Our waitress was fantastic and nice . Our food ( The Sampler ) was good but the wings were the best!! Super crispy 15 piece with sauces on the side! Reasonably priced food and drinks!

First, let me say that our server was so sweet and did a wonderful job. Second, I won’t be going back. The restroom was the filthiest I’ve seen in any restaurant. Not dirty but genuinely filthy. The grout on the floor had a nice buildup of black and brown crud that paired well with the nasty grout around the sink. However, it did enhance the thick buildup of hand soap scum that had streaks of brown grossness running down the walls behind the sink. There was a door in the restroom the had about 6″ of rust at the bottom. Not all the walls in the restroom were tile. The drywall was a smeared up mess too. I went in to wash my hands…My fingertips felt assaulted. This was type of restroom you might expect to see at an old truckstop. So my thoughts, if the restroom was looking like that then I bet the kithen was even worse bc we don’t see whats in back and theyre obviously ok with whats in the front. The food was OK. I had a honey bbq glazed grilled chicken salad made out of mixed romaine, stale croutons, & onion. Comes with tomatoes but had mine without. The chicken was good. The salad was OK. Would have been better if it came with crackers or bread. My daughter had boneless chicken wings with a extremely small serving of fries. She said the wings had an off taste to them and weren’t that good. We also ordered 2 sweet teas. Our meal was $37.60. Not worth it. There’s a lot of room for improvement at this restaurant. Start with a deep clean from ceiling to floors and paint…or consider remodeling. The restaurant just has a dirty feel…we’ll maybe because it is!!!

Today was by far the wrose experience i had in this location from the last 10 years. They were rude over the phone and also in person when i pick up my order. Great Customer services is key in any food industry. Definitely wont be going back!

All in all, a very enjoyable place.
Loads of TVs: more than you’d find in Best Buy. Lots of sports to watch.
I can’t comment on the alcohol situation, but the seating and atmosphere were enjoyable.
My server was very good. I think her name was Elizabeth; she kept my drink filled; she brought refills on my wings quickly (also compliments to the kitchen; I did the all-you-can-eat-boneless-wings Monday/Wednesday special). Very pleased with service.
The food was good. Fries and wings all tasted great; I enjoyed sampling the different sauces on the wings. When all was said and done, I enjoyed the sweet BBQ, but with as many flavors as they have, should please anyone. Plenty of other burger options, too.
Sorry, I didn’t pay any mind to the vegetarian/gluten-free/special diet options.
Bathrooms were clean. A shade smelly, and the soap dispenser was cracked, so certainly not spic-and-span, but given the nature of their clientele, pretty good.
My one complaint is the volume of traffic around the place; as with any stop on the strip in Hiram, getting in and out can be an unpleasant experience because there’s just too little road for too many cars. Just something to prep for and be aware of.
I don’t do sit-down-casual very often, but when I do, Buffalo Wild Wings is one of my go-tos. Good service, worth the money, good food. Recommended.

My husband and I go here about once a month. We always get the fried pickles and their buffalo chicken wrap is really good. Servers are always friendly except for 1 time we had an awful server. But we haven’t see her since and don’t hold 1 bad experience against the establishment. Will continue to eat here.
