We recently used Rosati’s to cater a dinner party, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! We ordered the pizza, fettuccine Alfredo, and salad. Everything arrived at the perfect temperature—piping hot and ready to serve.
What really impressed me was the honesty of the staff. When I was placing the order, they actually guided me to reduce my quantities to make sure I didn’t overspend or end up with too much food, especially since I mentioned we had plenty of appetizers. It’s rare to find a business that cares more about the customer’s experience than upselling!
The delivery was right on time, and the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend Rosati’s for your next event

We were passing through with our family and were excited to try an authentic Chicago deep-dish pizza. With a 4.5-star rating, this place seemed like a solid stop.
Unfortunately, it wasn’t ideal after a long drive. There’s no customer restroom on site, and we were advised to walk to Subway or Dairy Queen to use one, which was disappointing right out of the gate.
When my husband checked on our order, he was met with some deflection. Staff said we “didn’t want it until 4:30,” but their website didn’t offer any other pickup time. He was simply asking if it happened to be ready early—no expectation, just a quick check.
We ordered a 16-inch pizza with chicken and ground beef. While the crust and sauce were excellent (truly chef’s kiss), the meat was heavily overcooked. Much of it tasted burnt, as if it had been left too long on the grill and scraped on top. Even burnt ends usually have redeeming flavor—this didn’t.
I honestly think a vegetable pizza would have been a much better choice, because the base of the pizza itself was very good. With better execution and clearer customer communication, this place could really shine.

Who knew it would be busy right before the Bears game tonight?! (Not my husband lol) Came to pick up the pizza on the way home from work and this place was packed! The ladies working up front were moving quick and helping everyone. I did have to wait, but honestly they looked like they were working harder for those 30 min than I did all of last year! They had a ton of people working and were doing a great job. Delivery drivers running in and out. There was a jerky customer who was yelling at all them and making threats-not cool. They apologized to him but he kept going. That’s why I’m writing this review. Everyone there was clearly doing the best they could. Just finished our pizza and it was amazing! Thank you, we will def be back and don’t let the unreasonable customers get you down! I promise there are way more understanding and nice customers.

Food is always great but they should have stopped taking orders yesterday or been more clear on the pick up time. We waited 50 minutes yesterday after getting there at the time your website said the pizza would be ready. I understand it was super bowl Sunday but better notification when ordering would have helped. The poor girl at the counter was so nice and kept apologizing to everyone that came in.

I’ve never been more impressed with the food at rosaties my wife was very happy when I ordered from this location. But what made me do this review was the delivery driver Nicholas with his method to announce the arrival time and also have the biggest smile on his face when my front door opens. Definitely will start to order from this location more often.

Don’t often get pizzas out but this one was a gift for my birthday so we ordered up some cheesy beefs and a pizza. The flavor was excellent, it was hot when we got it home. I have nothing bad to say about it.

After a hard Workout I wanted some Slices.
I told the guy I was ten mins out and I wanted 4 slices. He mentioned he will make more slices should be ready in ten. By the time I got there slices were freshly coming out and The Employee was great. Asked if I wanted them all in one box . I appreciate great service and communication. My Saturday post Work Out Meal was a success and the kids were happy as well. 3 Sausage slices and 1 Cheese
