I am extremely disappointed with this place. The manager was very very ignorant. Their plates are dirty and have old food on them, and I found numerous hairs in my food and not to mention their noodles are bland. I used to love going here as a kid. It’s such a shame that this is how it turned out. and when I had bring it to the manager that there was hair in my food, she told me I should’ve told her right away and that my picture was AI and she was not going to give me a refund nor a discount.

We had the filet and shrimp hibachi which seemed to be really expensive at $35 for what 4 to 6 shrimp. The salad wasn’t bad. And the soup was good but not the greatest and completely different from the other one in Wexford. The tuna squared which they don’t have here they made me because they have it in the Wexford location was great. That’s one of the only reasons I keep returning as it is spicy tuna wrapped with tuna sashimi in a ponzu sauce which was really good. I do not like jarlic which is used in The hibachi but this one was not overpowering like most.

I normally love hibachi but i couldn’t even force the food down here. It all tasted like the grill hadn’t been cleaned in years…an old burned grease type of taste. Also, I ordered filet mignon but was served a low grade shredded meat instead. The sushi was good and is the only reason there sre 2 stars instead of 1. Service was really slow and I was thirsty. My food got cold waiting for a refill. That made the bad taste worse. Do not recommend. I would have sent the food back but the server never came back.

Perfect little spot for a lunch date. The sushi lunch specials had great portions and the special comes with a miso soup or a house salad with ginger dressing. My wife ordered the spicy California roll and the hot red dragon roll. I ordered the spicy tuna roll and spicy girl roll. As mentioned above, the lunch specials were a little smaller in size but were perfect and not too much. The service was great. We just missed the lunch rush so we had about a 5 minute wait but other than that the experience was fantastic. If you are in Cranberry, PA stop into Ichiban Hibachi& Sushi Bar and try out their sushi specials.

My husband and I stopped in after a gig and had the fortune to have a private hibachi table as no one else came in before the chef was ready. The food was delicious as always and our chef was talented and entertaining, as to be expected from an Ichiban restaurant.
I usually get the chicken but this time decided to go for salmon and it did NOT disappoint. The salmon was flaky and delicious and had a beautiful glaze of sauce that didn’t overpower the filet.
We also ordered drinks which were both delicious. A blue lagoon and a geisha were both delightful and garnished with fruit.
The birthday song at this location slaps. We saw two different people celebrate their birthday. One of the rooms even had some kind of disco party lights emanating from it like a birthday rave.
Prepare to spend at least $20 a person here, but the value is in the experience.

The portions were very generous with the filet and it tasted very good. Our waitress was very good and fast and the chef was great, too. The yelp reviews are not accurate imo. Also, this squirt bottle is low key terrifying but also funny.

Opened on time and we were well taken care of. The servers gave us space but also got us our food quickly and didnt forget about us. I haven’t had a bad item. Great food.
