Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Staff was friendly, ordered 2 KIDS meals and a burger combo waited in the second line and the young man who took payment let me know that they were waiting on my chicken bites and let me know to park up ahead. I thought no problem they’ll be fresh, i was wrong, fries came back hot and fresh and although the chicken bites were piping hot the dark ones seemed as if they were double fried and the other ones just left too long. Haven’t had whataburger chicken in a while but never remembered them being this dark. Chicken was inedible at that point. Disappointed because I had already waited and did not have the time to wait for new order so i left. Kids ate only the fries. My thing is they saw them when bagging and still decided to serve them to customers…

Usually I go through the drive through at this location, but I decided to dine in today and the food came out very quick. The worker Dewon was walking around making sure everyone had everything they need and he was very helpful. By far the best customer service i’ve gotten at Whataburger before.

Scored a 75 cent Whataburger on their 75th anniversary. Sweet. Love their BBQ sauce. Place crowded, only reason atmosphere rated 4 stars. Great service despite the burger horde showing up, my server hunted down my meal from a dozen on a table, even without me expecting it. Onion rings were just right considering they are more old fashioned batter. This is a very good Whataburger.

Service was really good . Everything was fresh. I know the patty of the burger is very thin so it was a little cold. I had a Jr.whataburger and it was really good. I love the onion rings and the spicy ketchup. Enjoyed everything. I’d recommend.

Lunch was good. They have a decent burger. I paid for a large but received medium and they never brought me my change from paying with cash. If they needed my 45 cents, no worries.

I am writing to express my frustration with the experience I had during my recent visit. From the moment I placed my order, the service was inefficient and extremely disappointing.
I ordered a simple honey butter chicken biscuit and was instructed to pull forward and park to wait for my food. There were at least seven other cars also waiting, yet the restaurant was clearly not busy. This occurred on a Tuesday night, which is typically a slow time, and there was no visible rush or high volume of customers that would justify such a delay.
Despite the lack of business, I was left waiting in my car for nearly 30 minutes for a single item. There was no communication, explanation, or update provided during this time. Waiting that long for a basic order on an extremely slow night is completely unacceptable.
I understand that delays can happen during peak hours, but this was not the case. This experience reflects poor order management and a lack of consideration for customers’ time. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed so future customers do not encounter the same issue.

This is the SLOWEST whataburger I have ever been to. Expect a 40+ minute wait for the simplest, smallest of orders…. Like one basic burger and fries. Every single customer I have seen so far has had to pull up into a parking space and wait, after already waiting for all of eternity to order, then also waiting again to get to the window. What are yall even doing??? Never have I ever before, and also never again.

If you get a salad with cheese, beware. They tried to mix in the little bit of cheese they gave with the carrots. This is unacceptable. I have never seen a salad with so little cheese.

Consistently the slowest franchise of Whataburger. I travel the state of Texas every week and it’s sad that my neighborhood location is the worst by far. Zero improvement in 5 years. Food is what you would expect. Good not great is never worth a 45 minute wait for a fast food burger.
