Took a chance with a late-night order just to put something on our stomachs, so I sent my husband out. Not only did they tell him they were done cooking fries for the night—at 11:20PM—when they close at 2!!! but they also got the entire order wrong giving me a 3 piece instead of 3 piece tender. On top of that, the food was clearly old. The sandwich bread was hard, and the chicken looked absolutely disgusting.
If you’re going to extend your hours, at least provide quality food. This isn’t the first time we’ve been disappointed, but it will definitely be the last. The fries are always soggy, and the service just keeps going downhill!!

Food was okay, it’s Popeyes. However we waited forever for the rest of our food to be ready and it was just poor customer service.
We ordered a 14 tender combo; 5 regular and 9 spicy. We were told to sit down and wait for the rest of our 5 spicy tenders AND the cups for the drinks. The manager told us to sit down and she’ll bring over the tenders.
We sat down and ate. I had to go up to remind them of our cups for the drinks. Once we finished what we had we were still waiting for the tenders. She yelled over that they were ready when she had told us she would bring them over. We only received 4, not 5.
Not to mention there’s an employee who’s either on a break or shift ended who’s on the phone all loud talking about some dude having to be faithful.
It’s 7pm. There’s no rush, the place is empty with a few customers coming in and out. Not like it was super busy to be this forgetful.
Oh and the women’s bathroom was open to the public, but had just one seat. That seat was covered in toilet paper in the bowl and was dirty all around. At least have it say it’s out of service or something.

Hell, I just passed by, the manager Carmen is very friendly, with a nice smile, the attention is better than I expected, fast service and hot food, and of course she had to be Hispanic, very pretty and with excellent English, congratulations Popeyes for this great manager, and thank you Carmen for this excellent service.

Once again screwed up my order. Forgot my side (mashed potatoes) and gave me tenders instead of the actual bone in chicken ordered. Of course I didn’t see this until I got home.

I can only speak for my visit. I haven’t been inside in years or thru here. But fortunately Fast friendly service. Hot food . the seating area is small but clean. It was a little cold inside would like it to be warmer. But the food was great . and welcoming staff

Always gets my orders wrongs, I’ve been ignoring it just because it’s normally the simple stuff, but recently they’ve been forgetting my SANDWICH, sauce that we HAVE to pay for, and sides. But I’m no longer letting it slide either get better people or just find another job seriously. ITS FOOD DUDE it shouldn’t be this difficult to give someone’s food correctly. especially if there’s only 3 cars in the drive thru and it’s taking 20 mins to get your shit.

Went for the Popeyes chicken sandwich (as was everyone else in there) they had plenty already made so line moved fast and o got my order withen seconds of ordering. Sandwich was good, it’s a bigger piece of meat which makes it a tad dryer and harder to eat than I like, and could use a tad more seasoning. But the pickle was good and I loved tje fries. Hadn’t been to a Popeyes in years before this.

Yeah, what everyone else said. We are from out of town and didnt check reviews for this location before driving thru after 11pm. How does a chicken restaurant not have boneless wings available when you have 3 more hours til close? Then three people ordered and not one single order was correct. All 3 orders had something wrong or missing, and we had no idea until we were long gone. Service was crazy slow to even order which could be tolerable if it was slow because they were working to make correct orders but to be slow and wrong is just inexcusable.
