I love coming here. I been coming to Jason’s Deli since I was living in FL. Came in yesterday & this happened before but they getting skimpy with the serving of grilled chicken. I also didnt get the bacon I ordered originally. They only put one piece if lettuce on my sandwich and 1 little piece of tomato on it. Also 2 small pieces of onions.
I asked what happened and the staff simply said we only put one piece of lettuce on everyone’s sandwich. I thought she was joking but she wasn’t. I was smdh in disgust.
I was told if I want extra lettuce or onions I could ask. I said you cant be serious. Who wants just one piece of lettuce or a few onions on a sandwich. I just want what I paid for and the more and more places I go to I’m seeing a trend.
The food was nonetheless good, but disappointed in the original sandwich.

Jason’s Deli is good food prepared carefully and served personally. The chain is a mainstay for our travels throughout the US. We became familiar with Jason’s when my wife was diagnosed with a serious food allergy. We have found each location to be knowledgeable about their ingredients and cautious in their preparation, when you let them know there is a medical need.

My visit to Jason’s Deli made me realize that this is what I’ve been missing since I moved from Tuscaloosa 7 years ago. The salad bar gets 5 stars alone! It seriously put a smile on my face for the rest of the day. It is extensive (i.e. all the fixings you can imagine, pasta/potato salad, coleslaw, fresh baked mini breads)! I ordered ‘The Rachel’ sandwich and the salad bar for an extra $5. If you get the salad bar as an add-on to a sandwich, then you only get one plate and one trip, so make it memorable. I ate my salad bar options while there and packed my sandwich to go for later. So for around $15, I was able to have lunch and dinner lol. The sandwich was good, fully loaded with meat and came with chips on the side.
If you’ve never been to Jason’s Deli, this is the location to visit. It was very clean and customer service was the best.
