Ordered 2 blizzards a chocolate dipped strawberry with cheesecake pieces and chocolate brownie extreme. They got our order wrong didn’t repeat it back in the drive thru so we got 2 chocolate brownie extreme with cheesecake blizzards when we told them the order was wrong they didn’t want to fix it. Blizzard wasn’t blended all the way through but I being the old assistant manager for the Moore location can’t call and complain to the district manager because I wouldn’t be seen as a paying customer only a disgruntled ex employee that she let go for no reason. Will never go back again!!!

This place is gross. We had to clean our own table and they weren’t even busy. The drink machine is disgusting and out all every flavor…. it’s like no one has cleaned in a week
Walked into the restroom to wash my hands and the cook was in there drying his hands on his jeans and shirt cause there is no more paper towels in the bathroom….
Avoid this very unsanitary place go to braums or something instead

This was my first time having DQ. I had a snickers blizzard and it was really good! I love ice cream. I also had the chicken tenders kids meal which came with a dilly bar and it wasn’t bad either. The blizzard stole the show today though. I’m pleasantly delighted.

Terrible experience. The food was cold, the order was wrong, and every single table was dirty. On top of that, the workers were rude as hell and acted like they didn’t care at all. Definitely won’t be coming back. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

We stopped in there today and got an order of cheese curds and small strawberry Sundae. The young lady at the register was extremely pleasant the store was very clean, they appeared to be fully staffed and took care of us quickly. We were in and out.

My burger patties were cold. I wanted lettuce and not onions, pickles, tomatoes which i got.. I get a small piece of lettuce. My fries were cold and they gave me another order and they weren’t much better. It took almost 20mins for my order and there wasn’t but 2 other people in the restaurant. I didn’t take my burger back, because, I didn’t want to wait another 20mins.. Very Disappointing experience today, 4/15/24…

I am leaving the five-star review because of Logan and her close co-workers!
Now, the overall service, including the cake experience and fast food service, I would give it a 3.5-star review. Back in 2023 (the only two times we tried eating fries in Dairy Queen), the fast food process was inefficient, and the staff made it look like we were part of the problem!
The cake ordering and delivery were significantly better however! Yes, there were some misunderstandings and “slip-ups”, but that was rare. And when it did happen, they, particularly Logan, fixed the problem in the most wonderful way!!! Logan is such a sweetheart (I haven’t gotten the chance to meet her personally yet)! She’s always sweet and eager to take my custom cake order and make it herself!
And her cakes are superb! She always has a resolution to any problem that arises!
In conclusion, I will say this: Do they make delicious cakes? Yes! Is their service good? Mostly.
So, despite some errors, I will continue to order cakes from them because Logan is a fantastic cake maker and an enthusiastic person who always knows how to solve problems!

4 times in a row I get two or more things incorrect. Missing dips, long wait times, order not correctly made. It is as if no one takes the time to read carefully and ensure order is accurate and complete. I don’t think I will be back at this location with how it currently is.
