E Ramen + is the ramen concept from Eight Sushi Lounge on the westside. We present our award winning ramens from 2016 & 2017 Atlanta Ramen Cup as well as several other different varieties. Our Sake collections are specially curated by our Sake Sommelier, Windy Ho, who is one of 80 Sake Sommelier in the United States. We strive to present a fun yet elegant atmosphere for our patrons.

I got the gluten free e signature ramen and lychee martini, my husband got the regular e signature ramen and the Japanese 75, and we split the gluten free chicken karaage.
Everything was amazing! I haven’t had gluten free ramen this good EVER! We used to be ramen fanatics but I haven’t had a good one in years. The noodles weren’t just glass noodles and they were so good I had to look around and ask again if they were gluten free. My husband noticed a subtle difference in our noodles but said if he had been given mine he would’ve been totally happy. The only downside was they cost $6 extra which is pretty steep but I do believe they make them in house.
I appreciated that for most of their ramen there are 2 proteins included ours was chashu and ground pork. The broth was phenomenal! So creamy and flavorful!
Drinks were amazing and we got great recommendations from the waiter.

Cozy noodle spot with super friendly service and a welcoming vibe. The noodles were fresh and cooked perfectly, but the broth and overall flavor felt a bit mild and could use more seasoning. Still enjoyable though.
The highlight? The green tea cheesecake. Smooth, creamy, and absolutely delicious. A must-try!

The hallmark of any great ramen is the broth, and E Ramen ‘s dirty vegan ramen hit the spot. I ordered the garden ramen and dirty vegan ramen and spring rolls. and the broth was incredibly rich—creamy, and lightly salted. It had that perfect taste with kale noodles
The vegetable spring roll was crsipy and great in taste.
Sides can be little pricey. GF noodles cost 6usd extra. Chilli sauce 2usd extra.

Came here on a gloomy rainy day and it did not disappoint. I thought their ramen was incredible and delicious. Spice is adjustable and you can add more through add ins, typical for most ramen spots! I’m vegetarian and loved their vegan/veg options, and my partner enjoyed the pork option! Can’t miss this cute place in midtown. The big windows and watching the rain was great vibes!

As an avid Japan foodie, I have a high standard, but these dishes absolutely exceeded expectations! I particularly enjoyed the lobster ramen and chicken karaage – the lobster was incredibly tender and well-cooked, while the karaage was crispy on the outside and perfectly juicy with a delicious honey mustard dipping sauce.

I got seated pretty quickly and the waiter was very kind, polite, and attentive. I was in a rush because I was going to a concert nearby but wanted a quick bite. I asked the waiter for a ramen recommendation, best idea. He took our order and the food came out really fast! The ramen was soo good that I didnt even get the chance to take a pic of it. Left the bowl empty. I was able to get in and out of there within 25min.

Tried the dirty vegan ramen and absolutely loved it. The broth was creamy, rich, and super flavorful. The spinach noodles were surprisingly delicious and added a nice touch. Pairing it with the chili paste made it even better and really elevated the overall taste. Would definitely recommend!

Best. Ramen. Ever. The lobster ramen there is amazing. There’s a reason it’s won awards. You can taste the buttery goodness throughout the soup. I almost never eat all the broth, and I slurped every last drop. The deep fried edamama was amazing as well. The waiter/ bartender Chris was incredibly friendly.
