My experience at this local café deserves all the stars. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with such a welcoming atmosphere.
Our waiter—Joe, who also doubles as the bartender—was absolutely amazing. He was very attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect.
The manager Rafael truly did what a great manager should do by checking in on every table and making sure everyone was enjoying their food. That level of care really stood out.
The food and drinks were outstanding—the smoked salmon benedict was so good, and the mocktails were incredibly tasty and refreshing.
Excellent service, great vibes, and a place I’ll definitely be coming back to. Highly recommend!

My Kids ordered 1 chocolate chip pancakes meal & 1 chicken tenders meal. They ate all of their meals.
My mom ordered bourbon street pancakes with shrimp and grits and loved it.
My stepdad ordered super omelette & loved it.
I ordered the corned beef and hash special breakfast and it was good. Just need less grease.
Raphael and Chris were really nice. The hostess needed to be more friendly and wasn’t welcoming.

Pretty great breakfast place. A bit on the small size, but we didn’t have to wait too long. When we checked in though others were being told it was an hour wait, so be ready to wait if you get there at peak times. Overall the food was pretty good and fairly priced, would definitely come here again.

I ordered online. When I went to get my order, I went to the bar. I stood at the side of the bar, but was not greeted by the bartender. I spoke to her and told her that I was there for a pickup order and gave my name. She told me that she would go get it. I stood there for 5 minutes while she continued to take orders and make drinks. I then went to the hostess desk. I told her that I was there for a pickup offer and gave my name. She went to the back and came back but didn’t say anything to me. I asked about my order and she told me that they were bagging it. I stood for 10 minutes waiting. I asked again about my order because it was 15 minutes after the time that my order should have been ready. She went to the back and told me that they were bringing it. On my order, I wrote in a note that I did not want eggs. There was no option to uncheck it. My biscuit had eggs on it. Also the biscuit was not put together. Everything was spread around the plate like the plate was flipped over. The biscuit was very hard and crumbled when I bit it. I have ordered before and enjoyed my meal, but I did not enjoy this one or my experience.

The server was decent. The food was not good. The avocado looked brown and old. When I spoke to the manger and told her the food was nasty and asked could I order something else she then tells me I will be charged to order something else it doesn’t matter that I didn’t like the food. Along with telling me I still have to pay for food I did not eat. I took 2 bites the second just to make sure that I indeed did not like it. I will mot be returning. I will not be recommending.

The food was great! We ordered the lobster Brie omelette and the seasonal Louisiana Benny. The smoked Gouda grits- get them amazing! Incredibly friendly staff and good ambience. For those traveling I20 it’s not hard to navigate from the highway!

Customer service is horrible at this location. Our server Jasmine wasn’t pleasant or inviting. Pound cake French toast was poorly made, hair was on food. Asked for refund or food to be remade manager with the hair bonnet and nose ring said it was probably from my eyelashes and nothing was wrong with French toast! Asked for a new meal. But was given a 10% discount instead. I won’t come back to this establishment they do not understand good customer service.

The atmosphere of Another Broken Egg is very inviting. Food and services were both 10 out of 10. The general manager made his rounds several times to ensure the food and staff were both top tier. Also their menus offer a lot of menu item combos that other establishments don’t. I’d highly recommend making this your breakfast choice.
