The guy who took our order at the drive-thru was fantastic, super friendly and attentive! Our food was hot, fresh, and delicious. It’s been a long time since we’ve had a Jack in the Box meal that tasted this good. It reminded us of how great Jack in the Box used to be years ago. Keep up the great work!

The food is good but service it was bad. I order a breakfast combo that was a t one price on the menu but when they charge me they charged me $2 extra and when I asked the person in charge he told me that he was probably an update on the system and when I asked him to give me the price that it was shows on the menu he didn’t want to do it and when he finally did it he did it in a rude way .

It is your typical Jack in the Box experience. Customer service has always been good. Sometimes they get my order correct and sometimes it needs correction. But overall it is your typical Jack in the Box.

I ordered a bun with lettuce, tomato and pickles, I was charged $4.50 for just the “veggie sandwich” and a whopping $10.26 for adding a small soda and medium fry. My husband had the Stacked Grilled Cheeseburger meal with curly fries, regular fries, (2) tacos and a small soda for $8.66. We received our order after the three orders that were behind us and our food was not very appetizing.
