First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Whether you start at the crack of dawn or not, we’ll leave that up to you!

This is most certainly a five star experience! The restaurant is easy to find, typically there’s no way to be seated… The atmosphere is open and comfortable.
Service is prompt, knowledgeable, and shows interest in making sure that you get everything you want.
The food is on point! Everything tastes fresh and if I may recommend it… Get the Belgian waffle!

First time visiting the First Watch here in Cumming, even though my wife Michele and I have been to several locations over the years — and this one did not disappoint.
Our server, Alley, did an exceptional job taking care of us from start to finish. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely made our visit feel welcomed. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and busy in all the right ways.
The food was excellent.
I ordered the Trifecta and substituted the French toast — two thick slices, perfectly cooked. Michele had the Bacado Omelet, and she loved it. We were halfway through our plates before I realized I hadn’t taken pictures… it looked so good when it hit the table that we just dug in.
Great service, great atmosphere, and consistently great food.
Five stars all the way.

Sophia took great care of us. She overheard me mention it was my wife’s birthday and brought out her breakfast with a candle lit for her to blow out. Nice touch! Food was freshly prepared with high quality ingredients that you can see and taste.

Took a little while to get served but food is good. It’s pretty consistent and tastes great. I have been to others and have had better service but this experience was alright. If I’m honest I’ll probably go to another location like Johns Creek or Windward next time because the parking is better and the service is better.

This popular spot, always bustling with people, was the perfect choice for my son’s birthday breakfast. We absolutely loved the place and enjoyed the delicious food from all our orders. It’s an amazing place for families to enjoy a meal, with plenty of natural light and a wonderfully warm ambiance.

Best spot for brunch. Great ambiance and excellent food. The food was delicious, staff was friendly and the dishes came out super quick with great flavors. Highly recommended this place for everyone. The veggie burger was excellent with good portion of broccoli cheddar soup, the chicken wrap with potatoes were excellent in taste. Definitely coming back to taste more of the menu options.

Being a first timer, I loved this breakfast place. They have a wide variety of options for breakfast and some veg options as well. I tried the pancakes and they were awesome. The kids menu is good as well. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Pay via QR code from your phone was a good to see option.
